But today I went and the parking lot near the entrance was wet/muddy and I stepped over a puddle and bam slipping in the mud, hit my knee on ground, twisted my ankle and hit my head on the curb. I then proceeded into the deli/market and explained what happened to one of the workers there, who asked me if I would like to speak to a manager. I replied yes, because of the dangerous situation in there parking lot and I was lucky I wasn't seriously hurt. I spoke with a young man who stated he was the manager and explained what happened and he looked at my like deer in the headlights. I explained that they should do something about this as if someone were to be seriously hurt they would liable - his comment was I know and that is how far this went, not one person apologized or offered me a discount on my food - not an ounce of concern for my well being. I will not be going back here and will not recommend this place.
