So I called the owner to let him know. I came right away. BUT he tries to tell me I didn't put enough quarters in. He took the quarters out went to the bank and counted them. He told me I only put in 0.50. I told him NO. He put part of my money and I had to do the rest. But while he was still standing the machine continued to take my money but didn't work. He began to speak in his native tongue and got upset. I told him this is why you have a 1 rating. I had $25.00 dollars in quarters why would I cheat you. Again he spoke in his native tongue. He turn and said "you have I good day" and I replied "you to). People of color, we don't have to cheat or steal to do what we need to do. Black peoples need to stand up and show people that WE ARE NOT ALL CHEATER OR BURGLARS OR EVEN MURDERERS . SOME OF USE WORK HARD FOR WHAT WE HAVE. Thank you

There is no "pride" in this place! Bathrooms are beyond disgusting, dead roaches on the floor, garbage on the floor. DO NOT GO HERE! There is a much nicer laundromat further down on Hwy 64 toward Somerville on the left. I only came here today because it's closer to my home, but I'll go to the other one from now on. The staff weighed the baskets, gave me a quick ticket, and said they'd call if they had any questions. The next morning, I got a text letting me know everything was ready. When I arrived, the parking lot was full and I had a crying newborn in the backseat so I called, and they immediately brought everything out and loaded it right into my trunk. Every item was perfectly clean and folded, and that level of service truly lifted such a weight off my shoulders. I'm so thankful for the kind, thoughtful staff here and will absolutely be returning and recommending them to all my friends!

I said ok and picked it up and brought it home . i called them to let them know the zipper was very tight and hard to zip the manager said bring it back , jt just needed zipper oil. I picked it up assuming everything ok, it was better but still a little tight. At the time the weather was very hot for this time of year, so I assumed everything ok and hung it up in closet few weeks later weather cold enough to wear, when I zipped it up about 2 inches it began to split apart. I called back manager said sorry can't fix it because there seamstress no longer works there. I said that's ok just give me a refund and I can fix it somewhere else. He again said sorry you had it too long and must have just wore it out! I reminded him that I have not wore it , because weather still too hot m, last part of Nov temp in the 80's and was still playing golf. He again refused a refund ! I said by the way she even put the zipper back on the wrong side left and instead of right il so just refund me half the price to pay to have the zipper redone on the correct side. Same answer NO RFUND period! My answer and was very politely and calm was just this have you ever heard of social media 90 % of people check on referrals before and a good thing before they choose who to do business with ! un knowing to him I had panned to give them 3 blankets to have dry cleaned .
