Last week prior to giving an educational talk for seniors in Mt Dora a person driving a bright blue truck with Liberty "protecting your investment" aggressively prevented me from merging. I admit I should have planned sooner however I was navigating a new and unfamiliar area and I was taken aback by how aggressive the driver of the blue "Liberty, we protect your investment" truck was in not wanting to let me in. If this is how this person is operating in the community then beware. I'd look elsewhere for a property inspector. A simple decision to not choose to be kind, actively choose to be aggressive and not assume positive intention of citizens in your community has effects especially when your business name and phone number are posted on your vehicle. I can't speak for the rest of the team, but I would highly recommend Mike inspect your property for you. I'm difficult to impress and my dad is even more of a pain in the ass. He was the best inspector my dad's ever seen, granted he's only worked with around 15 of them. I don't think I was given special attention and if this quality can be maintained, I can only give them my highest recommendation.

After foolishly moving into my new construction home and not getting an inspector to inspect it…read morefirst, I randomly found Ocoee Home Inspections through a Google search. This turned out to be the best blind search I ever made. Brad immediately responded and found some major issues that, a year and a half later, the incompetents from the builder management have finally finished correcting. You know you're dealing with an exceptional inspector when one of the incompetents says "these inspectors always nitpick." Brad has gone on to inspect two other homes of family members. Two of the only competent managers at Pulte finally told me how meticulous Brad is. While I'm sorry I had to be a guinea pig for lackluster management, I'm here to tell anyone buying a home to contact Brad BEFORE you close.

Our realtor, Tiss at The Nickley Group, recommend Florida Building Inspectorz and we are very happy she did! Darrell and his son, Dustin, were amazing and very thorough. They went through every room taking hundreds of pictures making sure nothing went uncovered. Once they completed the initial inspection, they walked us through each room explaining what they found and what level of expertise it would take to get things fixed. Darrell even gave us some advice on how to get started with maintaining our pool and how to make our new paver patio shine. Since it is a strange time with all the COVID stuff going on, I feel like it's also important to point out that there was not one time we felt unsafe. Masks were worn the entire time during the inspection. We had the results back from the inspection a few hours later. We were able to view all their findings in one place on their website and download the reports as PDFs for our records. The reports gave us a ton of images and information on how we can tackle the project or if we need a professional to help. We are very confident in their inspection of our new townhouse and cannot wait for closing. We have friends and family members moving down here in the future and will not hesitate to recommend Florida Building Inspectorz to them!
