They were quick to respond and scheduled a time to come out and do a walk-through and estimate. The estimate was very reasonable and we scheduled the work. The day of, the technicians showed up about 90 min late, but since I had the entire day off it didn't cause a problem. They worked for approximately 5 hrs to do everything we needed and then clean up. In total we had a bathroom exhaust fan installed and vented, two wall outlets installed, a bedroom light replaced with a ceiling fan, a kitchen light replaced with a ceiling fan and three recessed lights installed in our hallway. The end product was excellent (there was some plaster damage, but this was expected and our plasterer is coming out in a month anyway) and we are very satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend Harmony and we plan to have them back to do some more work in a couple months.

The people at Heritage walked me through the options, got my OK, shipped the shade to a sub-contractor, did the rewiring in-house, and a few weeks later I had the lamp back. Heritage did an excellent job, and I am delighted. I would be happy to take other lamps in for repair as well.

They look so good that it reminded me why I went with this company in the first place. Brian and Kevin both reached out to make sure everything was alright, and offered a steep discount for the delay. They do take pride in their work, and the crews all seem to know their stuff. Did not like the blip in service, but they stood behind their work and took the time to make it right. Concerned. Initially very happy w the quality of work and appearance enhancement w the outdoor lighting. Late in first year, system starting acting funky, breaker trips on rainy days, hours of operation off. Just over a year, it has gone dark. Called Kevin to resolve. Told it would be a couple of days to be onsite. One week later, no show. Called again and got VM. Kevin left me a VM saying oops, be out that day or next. 3 days later, no show. Called again, VM. No response. Couple of days more, another VM, still no contact or repair.
