They look so good that it reminded me why I went with this company in the first place. Brian and Kevin both reached out to make sure everything was alright, and offered a steep discount for the delay. They do take pride in their work, and the crews all seem to know their stuff. Did not like the blip in service, but they stood behind their work and took the time to make it right. Concerned. Initially very happy w the quality of work and appearance enhancement w the outdoor lighting. Late in first year, system starting acting funky, breaker trips on rainy days, hours of operation off. Just over a year, it has gone dark. Called Kevin to resolve. Told it would be a couple of days to be onsite. One week later, no show. Called again and got VM. Kevin left me a VM saying oops, be out that day or next. 3 days later, no show. Called again, VM. No response. Couple of days more, another VM, still no contact or repair. Not sure what is going on, my system is not working, and apparently the repair crew isn't either.

He drove over on a Friday night to fix a wiring emergency on our RV and completely saved the day. Had it up and running in 10 minutes and the apparatus looks more professional than before the repair. He did not explain the product well to us, just flashed a few different photos from his binder. The day he came to install, we discussed that we don't like led and to keep the lights in a straight line as the track lighting we had was. He assured us he would & it would be a softer white, not led. He did not stay in a line, went randomly on the ceiling so it looked like a spaceship was landing which also left dark area's of the kitchen. Plus, they were so bright you couldn't look at them without going blind! Awful! He also took all our old light fixtures which was not in the contract norvwhat we agreed upon. We ended up changing them all out & reconfigured the arrangement ourselves since they were not true can lights. This costed us another 500$. When we contacted him to let him know of our dissatisfaction & that we were going to give him a negative review, he said he wanted to make it right. Since we did the work ourselves to correct it, all we asked from him was to purchase back his lights. His response was what we ended up doing was a customized look, but he would talk to his consultant. That was 10 days ago and nothing back. Thus, we moved forward with this review. We should have done more homework on him and the lights, but you assume the service provider listens to the customer on what they want completed. We went with him based on the reviews on Google. He was nothing like the reviews! VERY slow to respond & overall an awful and very costly experience to still not be totally happy with. We left this exact review on google and his response was as if we never had any conversations after he screwed up our lightning. He's a fraud and should be avoided!!

They mounted and wired a new bathroom exhaust fan in a different location to old one, pulled out old single receptacle/switch assembly from handy box, modified the wall to mount a second handy box, then installed a new GFCI receptacle per code, and wired/installed 2 switches in second handy box so fan and bathroom lights are on different circuits. They cleaned up and took the boxes and trash with them. All in less than 2 hours. They were nice guys, smart, and skilled. I'm feel bad for the other peeps who have posted bad reviews, but based on my experience, I would trust this company to do other electrical work in my house.

A 2 day job became a 5 job affair. The electrician cut thru the kitchen pipe on day 1 and ended up soaking / flooding the kitchen area, which was just renovated with new cabinets. They had a plumber fix the issue. To install Philips Hue strip lights, the electrician cut thru my dry wall on 2 separate days (same place) since he had installed the wrong wire. He even cut thru my cabinets (which was totally unnecessary). Even after that, they had to come in 2 other days since the connectors were incorrect. I had to point them to the right connectors. I just wanted the job to be done. I do not recommend their services.
