Not just for the quality and variety of containers, but for the value added service they provide. I knew what I wanted, but no clue how to get there. I wanted a more clean-lined, sleek, modern look in containers light enough for me to actually lug up to my condo without breaking my back. The containers I chose are made out of fiberglass so were light enough for me to handle. Met Mario at Atlas who told me to e-mail him some pictures of my balcony with dimensions so he could make suggestions for scale and design. It was exactly the guidance I needed to get this project off the ground. And Voila! The end result. I have to say, I had been to several garden shops over the lower mainland, over the span of months. This was the first and only place to offer me this kind of help. Hence the reason I chose to work with them. Thank you Atlas Pots!

I ordered an Ooni 16 pizza oven from Crate and Barrel. They said that they had stock. I ordered. Said that it would be there in 4 days. It was not. I called them and they told me that it had to ship from the US. I ended up getting it two weeks later. That was not even the worst of the issue. They sent me the wrong pizza oven. I was not happy obviously, but what made it worse was that they said there was nothing that can be done. i talked to three different people. They told me that I had to then print out the return label, take time out of my day to bring the item to the delivery company. Only when they received the wrong pizza oven back, would they then send me the one that I originally ordered two weeks ago and paid for. They offered no compensation for my time to correct their problem. They adamantly said that they couldn't do anything and refused to offer any other help. So I do not receive what I spent a lot of money for until I correct their mistake and there was zero attempt to help. None. Absolutely none. Three different people and no help. Everyone threw their hands in the air and acted like there was nothing that could be done. I have never had that happen before. I hope that whomever buys from them never has any issues, because even when they make the mistake, it is your problem. Just brutal. Never will I order anything from them again. They don't care about their customers.

They have many items here that my friend I see annually at the Circle Craft fair at the Convention Center downtown. So I know these items are artisan-made (not mass produced). However, the second staff member I talked to was standoffish and condescending when I was asking them questions about a particular plant they were selling. Even if not buying anything in particular, this is a great place to take a stroll in and admire all the different plants that are available. And although the store is somewhat small, there's alot of selection available. The prices are a tad high compared to other stores, but some plants were on sale so those weren't too badly priced. The store does free plant transplanting if a pot is purchased.
