Well if you get the time, you should stop and check them out. The Brazos Valley Cheese store is located at the Homestead Craft Village. It's a cute little place with all kinds of shops and BBQ. The cheese shop has lots of cheese samples and meats for making a charcuterie board. There are also crackers, fresh baguettes and more. The ladies at the cheese shop were very helpful and had all kinds of insights into the cheeses.
