You just have to go again and again. One day recently, after a matinee performance at the theatre, we dropped by and found exactly what we were looking for. Could it be that larger sized stock doesn't move as quickly in the downtown core? Or were we just sublimely lucky? We were out with our purchases within minutes hauling them to our parking spot at the Eaton Centre. So people looked at us a little funny as we toted our furniture across Yonge street. I'm sure they have a pick-up area for this store, but sometimes big sis and I do things a little differently. It's just more fun that way.

I've made several purchases since I discovered this place and their service has always been kind, friendly and helpful. I'm surprised there aren't more reviews about this place. It is definitely a place to check out when you're looking for gifts annnd the PLUS is that they provide gift wrapping & a gift bag during the X'mas season! (correct me if I'm wrong and that they do it during the year too?) I recently picked up a few things here and they were all neatly and meticulously wrapped up, placed in a nice little gift bag with some gift paper on top. Their products always change and it is never the same. I can't say so for the electronics because I don't usually browse in that section but for sure the knick knacks and little gifts change as I've went back often just to see what's new and different. Definitely will be a place I return to when I am in need of some gift ideas and if you're in the area/live nearby, swing by this place too!

I love this store!! It is so cute!…read more I am not sure how often they cycle through different items since i haven't seen a lot of the other ones in the pictures on Yelp but the time i went they had really interesting items. I ended up buying a 3D bunny you can DIY with paper for $20, the one i wanted (the dinosaur shown in my picture) was out of stock and unfortunately i could not buy the one on display either. I gave the woman at the front my name and phone number for in case they ever got it in-stock again for the future. I went to this store about 5 months ago and till now haven't received any calls so they must not carry that item anymore. One of my other favourites was the light up shadow box picture frames (also posted in my pictures). I would've bought one if i had a spot to put it at home just wasn't sure where to put it. Will definitely return to see what new and cute things they have in store!

I often come to this plaza to visit the Best Buy. I decided to walk over to HomeSense recently,…read morewhich is next door. I managed to get a couple of items that were reduced. I got a pig-shaped breakfast mould for making pancakes and eggs. It was $2 and I wanted to give it a try. I also got an ice cube tray where the cubes are pineapple-shaped. It was also silicone and was going for a reduced price of $2. As much as I loved the food and kitchen accessories, everything else in the store wasn't as interesting to me. Maybe I have visited too many HomeSense stores with cool items as of late. Other than my two items that I purchased, everything else was okay. I eventually made it to the checkout to pay for my items. I had a cheerful woman who helped me with my transaction. All went well. I'll come back down the road to check out the store some more. I was thrilled to find my two great deals and hope to find more soon. (333)

A truly outstanding customer service experience…read more I had wanted to replace my sofa, and was willing to invest in something custom. It was a mixed bag of experiences visiting other local furniture and design stores, and it was almost on a whim I gave Kendall & Co., a call -- I'm so glad I did! From that initial phone call, through the consultation, the ordering, and the delivery, every aspect of this journey was top-notch (even given the challenges of supply chain issues these days). The designer I worked with, Kevin, was knowledgeable, patient, and a pleasure to deal with (as was every member of their team throughout the process). And every step of the way I was increasingly confident I had made the right decision in trusting them with the design and creation of my new couch. The couch was delivered today and it has exceeded every expectation I had. Kendall & Co., will be my first recommendation to friends and family (and even random strangers) when they ask where they should go to check out great interior decor and furniture.
