At this location, there is such a wide variety of books. Anytime I need assistance in finding a book, the workers will always help me out, are so patient, even if a book might be difficult to find, and are very sweet. The workers often recommend me certain books cater to my taste, depending on the genres and authors, I tell them I typically read. The pricing is a little bit expensive at times, depending on the book and author I am purchasing, however, it is always worth the read. They also have computers where you can search the book to see if it's available at the specific location, and if not, it will be available at different locations. The computer also tells me which genre I could find the book that I am looking for one of the latest books I purchased from this location is called Big Swiss, and it was such an amazing read!

The design studio offices are located at the back of the store. I mainly came here to try the coffee. All the items in the store are definitely unique, whether it be for yourself or as a gift. I stopped by Troublesome on a Thursday afternoon where I ordered a flat white with oat milk. Staff were friendly and I took my time browsing the store. I didn't purchase anything else but the coffee but my order was made at a reasonable time. Overall, good coffee and a unique store if you are looking for one of a kind designed focused items and gifts!

In addition to their main product, books, there are large sections for magazines, stationery, house & home, multimedia & electronics, toys, novelty items and of course a Starbucks (and one that is on the card/star reward system). It does take 2 floors but you have an escalator going up and stairs going down. Within the mall itself, the main entrance is off of Yonge Street and sometimes I cut through there and use the escalator to go to the Cineplex as it is right beside it. They also have a washroom behind the kids' toy section so it is convenient if after a movie and the Cineplex washrooms are busy, I will use the one in Indigo. I've said too much.

I absolutely adore this bookstore at home and now 'abroad', as well. The Toronto store is larger and has a café. There was a lot of foot traffic, so it was busy and crowded. Which is not surprising inside of a big shopping centre/mall. I like the exclusivity element of there not being too many locations anywhere.
