I was browsing for advent calendars online and it showed that this location had 2 in stock for the one I wanted. Everywhere else was sold out and this was the absolutely closest location. I missioned here and I asked the associate directly if they had what I was looking for. She was very helpful and was able to locate it for me right away. I love this location. It has access from both the parking lot and inside Hillcrest mall. And lots of parking spots available in front of the store. The store is spacious and well-organized. They have a great collection of fashion, books, outdoor décor, outdoor dining, accessories, kids collection, etc. Starbucks is located at the side of the store and has a separate entrance, but the access to the store is blocked for the time being.  But previously, you could enjoy your coffee or cold beverage and spend hours in the store surfing through books and buying accessories. read more

This Indigo used to be at the Yonge and High Tech location and they moved here to Hillcrest. There are lots of parking available so parking isn't of any issue. It's right beside Marshalls/Homesense. There are 3 entrances/exits - outside, through the mall, and through starbucks. I really like this Indigo even though there aren't many books. They mostly have stuff, one corner section is for books. The only reason it's getting a 4 star instead of 5 is because it's so dark! It's nice that it's different from the other Indigo stores, but is it really dark there. The ceilings being black is probably the main reason. Maybe they are ensuring people don't hangout to read, which is what many people do while at indigo anyway. read more

You enter from inside the mall or the parking lot and the store is split in 3 sections. The cash is in the center of store. There's a large kid's section and another geared towards women. Also, right when you enter from the parking lot there's vinyls on the right side. I find the interior really dark since the ceiling is painted black. read more

I entered this store expecting it to be small like an other typical indigo but it was much bigger than I anticipated. I would say the ratio of items compared to books is 1:1 not the typical "all books and small section for other items. I honestly lost myself walking around the store. Will be visiting again during my free time read more

I am disappointed in this Indigo. The store is way too dark and there is more "stuff" than books. To me, it is pathetic that someone would go to a bookstore and not be looking for books. It seems that the demographics of this area dictate that this type of set-up is needed. Sad. read more
