Chris did a wonderful job of getting the multitude of Smart devices, laptops, TVs, etc. at home running optimally. Not only did he fix it, I also got a tutorial on the issues and resolution, which in my view was a great add-on. The total cost and time to completion was lower than the initial estimate. A cost effective job well done thoroughly and professionally. I will definitely hire Chris again and will not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.

I was a little concerned about the pre authorization they reccomended for $$$$ to be spent on repairs.. but after a short phone call, I realized it was simply a way to speed up the process. I authorized an amount = to 50% my tool cost and decided that would be my top expenditure before replacing the unit. I was called back one day after the tool arrived in their facility with a total cost of repair and calibration and it was well under my authorized amount (so no scam there) and only $12 above the listed calibration cost (so $12 in repair parts) The TQ was repaired, calibrated the next day and returned to me via UPS with a tracking number. The return package was done well, my wrench was protected and sealed in the shipping box. Service, communication. price point and shipping all very well done. I will use Angle Repair again.... in fact.. just [printed a shipping label for the next TQ wrench to be sent in.
