When we contacted Mr. Murphy to discuss these discrepancies, we did not receive a satisfactory explanation. He continued to reference specifications that did not match the septic system installed at the property, which only increased our concerns about the accuracy of the inspection. When making a major financial investment, buyers depend on inspectors to provide thorough, accurate, and reliable information.
