It was amazing to see so much of the community welcome the stores opening with such excitement because it was packed in there! First things first, their bright blue signage on the exterior is bold and well lit, driving plenty of attention from the road. Upon entering, the staff members were extremely welcoming, helpful, and kind. Even under what I'm sure was plenty of stress with a busy opening day, and full store of customers, they remained very cheerful and friendly, which doesn't go unnoticed. On to the store itself: it was very clean inside, bright lighting, well organized with cohesive branding and signs throughout the store marking the different sections. The selection was similar to other Ross' I've been to with a range of brands, nothing surprised me there. Some high-demand brands I observed include: Kate Spade, MAC, Nike, Converse, Sanrio/Hello Kitty, NARS, Philosophy, Squishmallows, Puma, Vans, and more. You can expect a variety of categories from clothing and shoes for children, women, men; home goods and decor for bedroom, kitchen, bath, outdoor; fashion accessories like handbags; beauty and skin care essentials from lotion to perfumes and makeup; jewelry and watches; pantry items, and snacks; and even stationary essentials like pens, markers, gift bags, and more. I wasn't expecting to see the car accessories that were offered, tons of steering wheel covers seat, cushions, car lights, as well as home-improvement items like paintbrushes, hooks, and more - but great to know they're there. I was glad to see 7 checkout stations, however only a few were staffed at the time we went. The long line moved swiftly with fun impulse buys located throughout the way. Although I left empty-handed, my family members did not! I was glad to get a look at the new space and understand the offerings available and look forward to seeing how they continue to maximize the foot traffic at this core retail location. The cabinet arrived with a damaged package. At first glance, the parts inside looked okay, so I began assembling it. It wasn't until I was almost finished that I noticed one of the corners was damaged -- right where a screw needed to go. The damage weakened the area, and when I stood the cabinet upright, the side nearly fell off, pulling other screws and fasteners with it. Since I had company coming over and the cabinet was too heavy for me to move to the garage, I finished assembling it despite the damage. After spending nearly two hours putting it together, I ended up with a wobbly, unstable cabinet that is too weak to use. I contacted Walmart about the issue. Their automated chat made it very difficult to reach a real representative. When I finally did, the agents seemed more interested in rushing me off the chat than actually addressing my concerns. They told me to return the cabinet, but I explained I couldn't transport it. They agreed to arrange a pickup, but that still leaves me feeling like I'm the one losing here. The "compensation" offered was a $25 gift card, which doesn't come close to covering the time I spent assembling the defective cabinet, the frustrating back-and-forth in their chat system, and now having to wait for pickup. To make matters worse, I tried to leave a review on Walmart's site to warn others, but I kept being redirected to the same support chat -- meaning I can't even share my feedback about the cheaply made product or the terrible support. I knew I was taking a risk buying furniture from Walmart, but I liked the look of this piece. Unfortunately, I learned my lesson. The cabinet is poorly made, the customer service is frustrating and impersonal, and the process is far more difficult than it should be. I've had far better experiences with Amazon and Wayfair, and I won't be making a furniture purchase from Walmart again.

She went to check if she had the item I was looking for in stock, was very polite, kind, helpful, and just honestly made my day!! Thank you Walmart employee. Also one time I bought an among us blanket here the person checking the receipt at the door said sus which also made my day. And another employee who was putting a huge line of carts inside let me and my friend help him and let us push it. So many great memories. I this Walmart!
