Such a cute little shop. Drove 45 / 50 min to get here to check it out. The store was nice , inviting clean and bright with lovely pieces of crystals. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Treated my self to a lovely scented rose crystal candle and Palo Santo oil for my diffuser. For the candle, the owner added instructions on how to burn it and cut the wick off to prevent any issues burning it. Prices are a little on the higher side. But it's nice to check out if your looking for for gift and maybe order online next time! Definitely cute things! read more

We thought we would just spend a little while in the store but ended up staying quite some time taking it all in. The store has so much to offer, from crystals, to handmade items, to candles and home decor. There is so much to see I can spend hours in here. I ordered from her live sale stories, but when it came down to communicating with her customers she has a slow response rate. I understand the rules pertaining her live sales but come on, I placed my order on the 29th of October and I still haven't recieved my order and there is yet to be a delivery date just a label was created that's it. Plenty of other small businesses would have a solution to this and she simply didn't. She would just remain unresponsive. After responding to me all she told me was that she recieves hundreds of DMs and they get buried. And no cancellation are allowed even though shipping is taking about a month. So beware if you order from this shop online, terrible customer service and shipping speed is about a month to get to you. You will not get your things and absolutely no refunds apparently. Last time I purchased from this shop online the packaging came feeling weird and rushed, it felt like she was just trying to get it out of the door. She seems to care more about sales than her customers. I wouldn't buy from here again. I absolutely love this magical shop! I stopped by here Saturday Afternoon for the first time, As soon as I walked in I was immediately welcomed by staff as well as the positive energies you feel upon entering. Such a variety of crystals, jewelry , tarot items etc. Something about this shop is so alluring to me because as soon as I walked in I just could not stop looking around. There is a boy with curly hair who works in the front and he was so sweet, he helped me pick out crystals and even engaged in the most friendly conversation with me at checkout, little things like this matter to me . Great customer service might I add, I had some questions & typically i'm a bit hesitant to ask but the employee's energy made me feel at ease & he answered my questions with a great amount of reassurance. I truly felt embraced and welcomed from the moment of entering this shop to the moment I left. I am in love with my Moon Dish that I purchased from Lunastry ! During the Pandemic I have been either searching the web or on Pinterest for a dish to display some of my crystals. By sheer luck on a Saturday I found a gorgeous moon dish on this website that not only goes with the décor in my room but that is unique and definitely a keepsake. I had seen some on the website "Killstar" but they were not as pretty nor as delicate as these. Everything on this website is a conversation piece ! I am definitely a fan and will be back to purchase more items. Though the shipping was a little longer then expected, however I was informed when I received my confirmation that my order would be delayed if my moon dish was handmade (which it is) and also due to the high volume of orders waiting to be shipped out, with the pandemic it was to be expected. read more

I want to start off by saying that their candles smell heavenly however... the customer service is beyond lacking/poor. I purchased 2 candles in June, upon receiving my order one of the candles was broken. At first the owner said she would issue a new candle, come july I was informed the candle would "ship soon". I understand during Covid supplies and deliver have slowed but I hadn't been updated, and august came around, still now candle or update. After a month of no word from the owner, finally end of august I was informed that they had major shipping delays, and an option would be to final a shipping claim. Still hoping to receive the candle I decided to wait it out. I've emailed 4 times and call... it's now November and I haven't heard a word or update from the owner. BEYOND DISAPPOINTED and beyond mad. Save your time and money. read more
