Big mirrors at Home Goods store
K D.

I have been here once so far, there is Home Goods on first floor and TJ Maxx on second. The Home Goods store is big, well organized and busy. The selection is great and the store looks clean. No comment on customer service because did not buy anything. But was not greeted when came across floor staff, so 4 starts. Would recommend for your next treasure hunt :)

I'm not much of a craft person, but I was super psyched about Christmas decor. I got pretty much everything from Hobby Lobby and it all came together so perfectly. Check out my photos. They always have seasonal stuff and it's new, trendy, unique and beyond gorgeous. I love this store so much! The prices are great too, they have a sale often, gotta look out for those savings cuz it's makes it all the more worth it. I've been there a million times and have never been disappointed. Well, except the time they ran out of stuff right before Christmas especially the garlands, those are the first to go. I highly recommend Hobby Lobby for any of your decor needs or just for fun even! They also have long lines sometimes, that's something to keep in mind as well.

These cashiers should be trained to pull the next person waiting to increase their Customer Service and to always thank their customers. Their products and prices might be okay but its the customer service experience that can make a different in shopping in store instead of on-line.

I've been wanting to go to Redemption for several months and finally made it to downtown Campbell…read moretoday to check it out. It's a cute boutique offering California-made items such as pottery, clothes, skin care products, jewelry, art, and more. The store is nicely organized and their items are neatly displayed. A table with pottery near the entrance caught my eye right away. I also enjoyed checking out the flavored salts and oils for cooking, room diffusers, wall art, and jewelry. I was surprised to see they carry the wonderful Osea skin care products as I didn't know they were made in California. I ended up buying a ceramic spoon rest, room spray, and a tiny gold "diamond" ring. Their prices were reasonable. The store owner rang up my items and was very friendly and nice. I will definitely be back to shop here again.

Lol oops! This particular day we were walking around and discovered this cute little store!! I thought these mixed drink bottles were so cute. I had to take a picture!! For 10 or $20 you could buy one of these along with a bottle for your friend or as a cute housewarming present!! They had different sizes, different flavors and different mixes that went for everything!! They even had a fruit punch, one with just fermented, dried fruits inside! I really like this idea! Store had a bunch of other little odds and ends as well as some local soaps, candles, clothes, and baby items and some interesting maps or posters that showed different astrological signs as well as were certain vegetations grow within the state or even the time of year!! I'm not much of a gardener, but I would love to get into it! I also don't have the space but I liked the posters! I also thought I took a picture of the poster, but apparently I forgot! It was still really cute though! The lady in the store was very welcoming and friendly and if you check on the app, you get a discount with your purchase! So I'll have to save that for next time! I definitely wanna come back here and buy little stock for presents for friends and family!

Hmm, I was wondering why this location got so many bad reviews?…read more Because our experience was quite the opposite. Fernando, Daniela, and Emily, provided us with excellent service and insight! We are moving and wanted some great ideas for a queen bed set, mattress, and a couch. They helped us stay within our budget, we were treated so well! They offered us cookies, snacks, beverages, we eventually took some ice cold Coke zeros home! We will definitely come back and shop!

I made a big mistake taking another chance on living spaces. I had an issue with a sofa I purchased…read more3-4 years ago and their service was great and they replaced the sofa for me. It hasn't had issues ever since, so when we had to move, we decided to go back and purchase another sofa set with living spaces again. After a year or two, the couches have held up well enough until just 2 weeks ago my wife sat down on it and heard a sound and it has been sinking in that area ever since. We had paid a few hundred dollars for a five-year-warranty plan to cover things like this and filed the claim they asked for. The people in the store explained how there shouldn't be any issues with the warranty helping us out. Jasmine was very helpful. However, after waiting two weeks for the technician to come look at it, he confirmed that the wood frame has broken and the springs stretched out. He said it shouldn't be a problem to either fix or replace it and that they will get back to us. After a couple days, they messaged me saying that it is not covered by my warranty plan due to it being a "loss of resiliency". It also says in the same claim that they deemed it to be due to a manufacturing defect. I emailed back and disputed the claim, but they just respond simply saying that it is not covered by my warranty plan. I even told the store that I am willing to take some sort of store credit and spend $4k - $5k more on a newer, better quality sofa set, but they do not want to seem to help me resolve this at all.
