They refused to return a bent pot where the lid did not fit. The tag was under the pot obviously if I want to use it I have to take off the tag. I spoke to one of the managers and she was extremely rude and unhelpful. read more

What a bunch of rude employees. I guess HG decides since they have so many shoppers they can hire any old body, customer service not necessary. I was purchasing a stand up rack that was $130 when I noticed a bunch of numbers written in black sharpie. I asked about a discount and was told by the cashier they would take 10-15% off when another employee rudely asked WHY? We showed him and he said NO. WE DON'T discount items with a drawer because duh. You'll put it up against a wall and no one would see it. From the location I intend to use it, it WILL be seen. I purchased it anyway because I waited online for 20 minutes and didn't want to keep searching. Rudest employee ever. Would give zero stars if I could. read more

Such a great new addition to the Boro (as if we don't already have enough stores)! For the grand opening, they made sure to be fully stocked and staffed and it made the experience very quick and easy. Everything was organized exceptionally well and although the store was very crowded with customers, the line moved very quickly and every register was open with check out clerks. They have tons of home decor including bath, bed, furniture, pet, candles, storage, rugs, Halloween/Fall, you name it. I can't wait to come back! Unfortunately, i didn't get shots of the actual store itself but i did snag a few of some products i was interested in, as well as the laundry basket i ended up buying...LOL read more

This place never has any merchandise. Whenever I go here it looks like they are going out of business. Brentwood location is packed full of stuff and always crowded this place is the opposite. What's the deal here because it's not working. I would drive all the way to Brentwood before going here. read more

Came in the store with my boyfriend and mom to try and return a mirror that we payed over $80 for, a few months back! It had a faulty part on the back that caused it to fall. My mom had proof of purchase on her bank app but no receipt and no tag because for some reason they only put a sticker on the front of the mirror and obviously you don't leave the tag on the front of a mirror. Well they called the manager named Cindy up front and when I tell you I've never been more disappointed or disrespected in my life. My mom was the one handling this. We had proof of the purchase we obviously weren't trying to pull anything. The mirror was in freaking shambles and almost fell on me!!!! You'd think the manager would wanna make it right with the customer but no instead she was getting and attitude with my mom. She finally settles and gave us a credit. That was all we wanted, to exchange the mirror. My mom kept asking for her name and she wouldn't even tell her and she hid her name tag. But we heard someonelse say it. Real professional, Cindy. Then before we left I went to use the bathroom and I overheard Karen aka Cindy in the bathroom literally almost yelling to another employee going on about us. Real nice. I feel so sorry for your poor employees. All of the other employees were so nice about the whole thing!!! But you Cindy, are a bitter old hag. read more

Manager was horribly rude. I had the receipt and the picture still had the tag. She said during Covid they changed their process and so wouldn't give me the credit for what I paid. So disappointing that companies like this can't have compassion during this hard time. The other manager in Brentwood was so much nicer last time I had an issue. On July 16th just before lunch time, I was at HomeGoods in Murfreesboro and saw an older lady trying to carry a large chair up to the front byself. An employee stopped by and I overheard him say "Do you not think these are real wood floors?" How unacceptable to allow a petite older woman to carry a chair up to the front and not even offer help but worry about the floors?? Really?? Very disappointing. read more
