Great place to come if you're shopping for gifts also. A lot of the vendors sell clothing, candles, home goods and food items! I am now scoring this place higher because after being told to email they immediately made it right. I do wish that when I asked other Painted Trees who to contact that they would have told me and not me having to reach out on Facebook to see if anyone can help. Another vendor, that I don't know, told me who to email. I didn't like that it was such a secret. I received my first payment last week after not getting paid for several months. I think that they are finally stepping up and helping vendors out as I am not the only one this has happened to.

However, the staff repeatedly called it unsanitary and made us feel gross for wanting to try it on. When we checked out, the manager and another associate openly talked about us in front of us, calling us entitled. My mom called them out on their unprofessionalism, and the manager started yelling at her. The manager even said, "I can't believe she wanted to try on a bra that's so gross," then looked my mom in the eye and said, "See, I can carry on my own conversation." My mom pointed out that treating customers this way is unfair and asked how trying on a bra was unsanitary since other big companies allow it. The manager said she orders bras online and never tries them on in-store, returning those that don't fit. This logic makes no sense since returned bras go back to the company and get reused by other buyers. We're not upset about the policy itself but about how we were treated--especially by a manager. This behavior is completely unacceptable, and it's sad because this used to be a store where we felt respected. Keep this in mind if you're considering shopping here.
