I ordered a BEAUTIFUL Ashley Furniture couch through FMO back in August. I fell in love with it the moment I saw it online in their catalog. I was put on a 90 day payment plan. They had to get it from their warehouse to the store. It's the holidays... and my life is NEVER easy and I unfortunately had some 'hiccups' in my financial situation. Long story short, I knew I wasn't going to have the balance paid at the end of 90 days. I felt defeated because that couch had so much sentimental value for me. It's my very first ever piece of furniture that I am buying ON MY OWN, TO MY TASTE, WITH NO ONE TELLING ME NO in my 31 years on this earth. It was more than just a couch. It was a symbol of my independence. I called them on day 90 to let them know I wouldn't be able to pay off the couch in time, fearing I was going to lose the item due to non-payment. To my delight and surprise, they worked with me and are still working with me to pay it off. I'm now 1 payment away from scheduling the delivery! Being able to say that brings tears to my eyes you guys. You will NOT find a better company or group of people to work with. I will absolutely be a repeat customer (especially now that my "hiccups" are taken care of LOL). I have my first apartment on my own and it needs to be furnished. I did want to clarify some points that I saw stated on previous reviews. Originally, they DID pick up items, and there was that 50% or 60% split with consignors. Now they no longer pick up, but they have names and numbers of some wonderful movers who can help get furniture to the store. All consignments are now a 50/50 split. Another great thing about Remix is their website. On their FAQ page their consignment terms are clearly explained and easy to understand. When they get new items in, they photograph them and post them in the web photo gallery. When something sells, they take it off the website so you won't walk into the store expecting to see something that's already sold. I've never felt pressured when shopping around. They are really knowledgeable about furniture and have a passion for customer service. Once you see what comes through this place, you'll never buy new furniture again!

We walked into the store and were greeted right away. They allowed us to walk around and take our time. We didn't have someone following us at a distance; they allowed us to look and were there when we had questions. After we decided, we went back and forth on a few details. Noah helped us and he was very nice and Billy (the owner) came and introduced himself. Long story short, a piece was left off our delivery. My husband and I went back and forth on the piece (he wanted it, I didn't), but we decided to go ahead and get it. When we received our delivery, it was not there. We looked at our receipt and it specifically said it was without that piece of the couch. We couldn't get ahold of Billy, our delivery drivers left (who were awesome) and we figured we weren't going to get it. We had absolutely no recourse because our receipt did not include that item, which we didn't notice until delivery day. Once the guys got back, they talked to Billy, called us and said it was absolutely ours, so we came to pick it up. The integrity Billy showed is beyond appreciated and noticed. From start to finish, everything they said they would do, they honored... not only in price and delivery date, but even with a small slip-up. We will 100% come back. Highly recommend.

Quality Furniture supplied us with three full rooms of furniture, plus accessories and pieces for others. The selection as outstanding. I received an email this past week indicating "You'll find dozens of items marked 50% to 70% off this Friday and Saturday only. (Watch our social media Thursday evening, and I might give you a sneak preview!)" I didn't see any high-lighted items in the Facebook posting. What was the dozen of items included a rack with Easter items; Easter was almost 2 months ago. Both my husband and I found the ad to be very misleading. I graduated from college back in the 70's with a degree in retailing and worked in the industry for a number of years. While the woman behind the counter made light of our complaints I remember this type of advertising being labeled as "bait and switch" We did purchase a couple of items and when we got home they charged a service fee on our purchase for using a credit card. It would have been nice if like other retail establishments and restaurants you indicated there would be a service charge for using a card. Well folks you lost our future business. The owner responded to my review . There was no sign indicating a charge for Credit card purchases on the counter at the point of sale as she indicated in her response. And I copied and pasted the exact wording in quotes in my review via the email we received regarding the sale.. I have viewed Instagram videos over the years and the owner cashed me out. If you look at another review on this site they also indicated prices had gone drastically up. The one true statement is no one pressured us to buy anything,
