There hasn't been many reviews in the last couple of years, so let me update the Yelpers! When I moved here in 2012, this mall was great! Now, Murfreesboro has The Avenue where most of the stores have moved to. This mall does not offer anything great and to be honest, the stores that are there don't offer the best selection compared to their other locations. The only time I go here is for contacts at LensCrafters, or to visit the bar that's attached. They do have a few good stores, but this mall is definitely not my first stop. Now, after saying all that. They are getting an amazing movie theater (you know the one with comfy seats, and you can order a drink and food from your seat) in the upcoming year. I'm sure this is going to bring more stores and options to this mall. We will see! read more

I like the Versona store filled with accessories and clothing. It reminds me of Charming Charlie's but less pricey with clothing. I also strolled over to A'Gaci which has prices like Forever 21 which is also located at this small. There's not too many other stores I'm favorable of here. read more

This is my favorite mall. I enjoy shopping here. Some of the shops are outside and then the rest are inside the main large building. I love going to the different stores and enjoy the people watching. read more

Nice mall for pre-teens (Vickies, Spencer's, small food court and movie theater) Electronic Express doesn't have sticker prices for items and store specialists are not very attentive. Dillard's is two floors and has a selection of items. Overall the mall is good for those with very small children, pre-teens or those just needing a minor change of scenery. For a Saturday afternoon at 3pm it was as virtually a ghost town. read more

This mall has come a long way since I was in here last, about a decade or so ago. It's still dwarfed by the behemoth that is Cool Springs, but the combo of Stones River Mall and The Avenue that's nearby has made Murfreesboro a shopping destination for people who don't even live there. The food court has always been lousy, so it was somewhat nostalgic to see that this is still the case. Thankfully there's a great number of dining options along Old Fort Parkway and Thompson Lane, eat before or after your trip. read more

Don't go for Santa! This is the worst run operation I have ever seen. 2 lines, one for Santa pics and the other for pick up of pictures. No one to guide you to the correct line. After standing in line for 29 minutes I went to the other line and the closed it for Santa break 2 people in front of me. Once again, they should have had someone giving guidance from keeping people from getting in line. AND! Only 1 package offer! What??!! AND!! No Santa frames to sell. You can order online. Store selection is minimal and the food court has 3 choices: pizza, Chinese food and something else. They have a pretzel place as well as a cookie place but they need to have more choices here. The mall was very clean and they had a small kids play area. The major stores that I saw at the mall is JC Penney and Dillard's but I was so disgusted with the minimal selection of stores that me and my family left. If you have small kids, you would enjoy the Chuck E Cheese that is attached to the mall, I suppose. Being from Atlanta, we really expected much more from a mall setup. There are plenty of eateries around the mall area such as red lobster, Logan's steakhouse, chick fil a, jack in the box, etc so I guess one would have to make it work if they had to but usually if I go to a mall, I want to shop and grab a quick bite to eat under the same roof just in case I need to finish some more shopping read more

It's not the best mall in middle Tennessee but hey its not the worst at all by far. It is well maintained and almost every store that I need is present. read more

This mall offers a lot, don't get me wrong, but just doesn't happen to offer the stores that I like. There is no American Eagle or Old Navy which is kind of weird for a mall. read more

Nice mall. They have a great selection of stores and restaurants. Decorated nicely for the holidays. Always. Different events going on. There is a small play area for children in the center of the mall. read more

This mall went completely down hill since it was taken over by new buyers. Lack of stores makes me remember why I tend to frequent Opry Mills more lately, even though it is extremely out of the way. And then with learning of the recent events at Victoria's Secret where a handicapped shopper was denied entry really upset me. They should definitely make sure all of their stores know the policy on handicapped citizens, as it is the same in basically all of America. This tells me there is very poor management to not just the store, but to the mall for not doing anything about this issue. Shameful that the people were going to spend atleast $400 in the store, only to be escorted out. Get with the program. Seriously. read more

An excellent mall. The store selection is anything I could ask for, and it's full of friendly, vibrant people. My only gripe is that it doesn't have a proper arcade, let alone a DDR machine. Aside from that, the staff is warm and friendly and professional, and by no means lacking in good ole southern hospitality. read more

I'd love to leave 0 stars! Me, my 2 year old, & about 10 other moms & kids were at the play area & the security guard told us to make our kids quieter or we'd be kicked out! He then starred at us until we left! We were going to eat & shop, but were so uncomfortable & offended we left. We will never go back & I hope nobody else has to experience this. The mall had less than 5 customers I saw so we weren't disturbing anyone. The kids weren't screaming, crying, or being unruly. read more

Yesterday the play area was "closed for cleaning" during normal hours, yet no one was cleaning it. We went back today, and all the kids were playing so well together. The mall manager came out with 3 security guards as backup and yelled at us repeated that the parents "need to get their kids noise levels under control" while she waived her walkie-talkie in threatening ways toward us. About 5 minutes later, young officer Fitzgerald came and rudely and abrutly instructed everyone to get out of the play area so they could clean it. This was at 4pm during normal hours of operation. He confirmed it was due to noise complaints and told us which stores complained. Jewell Rush, Cool Shades kiosk, and Vanity were the complaintants. During the entire time we were there, these businesses had no customers. We asked to speak to the manager, and she escalated her arguements. She also implied that my 6 year old was not a toddler and had no business being in the area, when the rules clearly state it is for children not exceeding 42" in height (he is well within guidelines). She made my children feel wrong for playing and belittled them. I WAS a paying customer, but I will no longer spend my money at this place of business. I will be filing a formal complaint with management, mall ownership, and contacting media outlets as other reviews show that this happens often. I will not let my children, nor any other children, be bullied for playing in a public play area. read more
