They are carrying Broyhill furniture now! We picked up a shelving unit and bins for a as bedroom and it assembled easy and was very sturdy. Easy to follow instructions. The building is old and it may not be swept all the time but the shelves were stocked and staff was friendly. Staff was everywhere so if you have questions it wasn't hard to find someone. They even carried out my purchase Anna out it in my car! Who does that anymore? Prices are still lower but in some items, especially food items, I noticed they were higher than at my local grocery store. Just keep an eye on that! Checking out was easy as I purchased my item online with pick up in store option, which was a breeze to do. I suggest doing that if you're buying furniture. I would come here often if I lived closer. Plenty of items to buy here from perfume, jewelry, mens and women's clothing and other items. Also located inside is a Finishline if you need some sneakers. What really floored me, though was that they actually have a Toys R' US inside! Yes!!! Omg! I had some many memories flooding through me as I walked around. Most other retailers have already liquidated their Christmas stock but they keep on holding onto it. There's still have items from Thanksgiving that's only marked down to 40% off. The prices of items are marked higher so that you can use the 15 to 30% off coupon they send you every month for "savings". Kohl's cash promotion is also simply annoying. They time it such that there are no other promotion so you end up paying a higher price for items. If you return things with Kohls cash then you end up having to cough that money back up to Kohl's so you don't even get the full return price. Overall, their business strategy is very disappointing and this is not one of those stores that I enjoy shopping at.

After speaking to the sales lady about her and me wanting to add to the box, she walked throughout the store with me and helped me pick out the perfect things to add to make it perfect. This was a couple weeks after losing her and my husband and I were still very emotional about it and she was so caring and even looked at her picture and commented on how beautiful she was. It was such a positive experience that I know other stores would not have provided us and the box came out better than we could have even imagined. Thank you!

NO ONE HAS EVER CALLED. I called again several times today NO ONE ANSWERED. Never again Michael's. Hobby Lobby gets my business from here on out!!!
