I received a text stating my order was next, so I turned off the tv and kenneled my dog. I received another text saying my freezer was arriving. I went to my back door, since I asked for it to come in through my car port. I saw no one, so I went to the front door to see if they were going there. On my way to the front door, I saw a Lowes truck beside my house. When I got to my front door, I saw the Lowes truck going down the road. I thought they may have wanted to come in from the other direction. They never returned. I called the store and talked to the shipping department and they were very pleasant and apologetic. They said they would have it delivered the following Monday and upon my request gave me the wait window of 2-4 pm. Monday morning I woke up to find a text saying my freezer would arrive that night between 7-11 PM. I go in to work at 2 am so this was no good. Frustrated, I called them first thing in the morning and they said they could see if they could get it changed. The change never happened. They said it would need to be rescheduled. I told them I just wanted to cancel the order and would get a freezer from somewhere else. They said they would have to wait until the truck returned with the freezer before they could cancel the order. Now the kicker. My bank account had never been charged yet for the freezer. I assumed it would be charged upon delivery. I woke up the next morning to find the money was now taken from my account. I called to verify that the order was canceled and was told my account would be credited in 5-10 business days.

It took a very long time and he said he could not guarantee the oven and burner would heat properly, however he did all he could do. It still does not heat properly and I went to the store with all of my paperwork only to be told they would do nothing else and I would need to purchase a new stove and, of course, the price was much higher.
