If you don't mind open box items then There may be a good deal for items that normally are not discounted such as Apple laptops or watches. Overall, I find that the customer service is good. Most other retailers have already liquidated their Christmas stock but they keep on holding onto it. There's still have items from Thanksgiving that's only marked down to 40% off. The prices of items are marked higher so that you can use the 15 to 30% off coupon they send you every month for "savings". Kohl's cash promotion is also simply annoying. They time it such that there are no other promotion so you end up paying a higher price for items. If you return things with Kohls cash then you end up having to cough that money back up to Kohl's so you don't even get the full return price. Overall, their business strategy is very disappointing and this is not one of those stores that I enjoy shopping at.
