First, I brought in well over thirty pieces of clothing ranging from dresses to pants, sweaters and shirts. They only selected three items... and within those three items they offered me TWO DOLLARS! TWO FREAKING DOLLARS! Mind you these were well taken care of clothes and they said that some of the clothes had stains, but when I went through their store some of the clothes on the racks had stains on it themselves! NEVER COMING HERE EVER AGAIN OR RECOMMENDING IT TO ANYONE I KNOW!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! read more

Great customer service. Huge selection of kids clothes, shoes, etc. Great value on certain things. Furniture and baby strollers we're a little pricey. read more

The shopping experience is not bad, wide selection and ok prices. The selling experience is pretty much a rip off. Had to stay in store or wouldn't be allowed to reject their offer. Then when i went up to see the offer they just told me $41 didn't say how many items or what they took. I asked if i could see what they took and they said i couldn't and did not show me my items i was getting back until i accepted the offer. then later i saw an email from them saying they took 69 items and paid me $41. A lot of the items they took were barely worn and name brand. Multiple adidas, Nike hey dude and croc items. Very disappointed. read more

Went in here for a rain jacket found a new one for only $15 and also found bathing suits for my baby and 7 year old for $6 each, which is a good deal because my 7 year olds was a 3 piece set. read more

Great store with lots of good finds. Very organized and super nice staff. Can find just about anything for kids your looking for

always find what I need (and more) here! best prices in town! My go-to for anything kid related before I resort to buying retail.

I happened to drive by and saw a huge Bin Sale out front. Items were well organized by age/size and bins were marked clearly. Most were marked $1.00 per outfit...yes, ONE DOLLAR! I couldn't believe it. Within 10 minutes, I had my arms full of adorable outfits and pjs for my granddaughter who is pregnant with her 1st child. Additionally, although store was very busy due to ongoing Sale, checkout was quick and efficient and literally took minutes! I was out of my car and back wi 16 minutes. LOL. I'll definitely be going back to get more armfuls!! Happy Gma read more

Kid to kid has new policies that are going to put them out of business. I've sold to them many times in the past and once with the new policies. This last time they ripped me off and the policy lets them. We will never go back to buy or sell. They take advantage of their customers. read more

I love going to kid to kid because they have a variety of brands and the store is always picked up. The price point is reasonable as well.

I love shopping Kid2Kid, and have bought seasonal wardrobes for both of my kids for probably 15-20% of the cost of brand new. The purchasing program is great, they can donate items they won't buy, for you (a great perk for someone like me who struggles to declutter). Also a fab resource to cut your carbon footprint down. Just wins all around. read more

I came here upon recommendation, hearing wonderful things from friends, but I didn't have the five star experience I thought I would, based on their reviews. The aisles are narrow, the prices are high for a consignment shop, and many sections were very low on selection. The store has the illusion of being well organized but several items were out of place and, though their website claims they reject torn or stained clothing, I ended up purchasing a dress with a ripped seam (that I didn't notice until I got home.) I received store credit for my purchase today, so I will be back to use it and hopefully be able to update my review for the better at that time. I don't know how the store differs from Once Upon a Child (which has a larger selection, and greater customer-service oriented employees,) but I can't see myself coming back after I redeem my store cash. Looking forward to the new Ross going into the same complex... thinking I will be able to purchase new clothing without rips and tears for the same prices K2K sells their merchandise. read more

Looking for a gift for my grandauthers birthday. I found just what I wanted The cutest outfits complete with the right summer hat !! read more

Do not sell to them . They bought 27 items and I got payed 45$ mind you they took more than 5 pairs of shoes that were in great condition, 2 new snow suits , jeans sweaters all in great condition. And not even $2 was I payed per item . Like first and last time I will sell to them . I'd rather donate my items to shelters for all that . Service not bad , I saw all my items up for more than $10 though . Two totes full . Ugh makes me mad . But we live and learn oh well read more

Affordable clothes, nice staff. Some of the items are a bit worn but you just have to be a bit picky. Take most of my sell items but I only take very gently worn clothes in. read more

Love this store! I've been looking for a good kids second hand store, it's been hard to find a nice one since we moved here. This place is amazing! Everything is so clean and organized. The clothing is stain free and very gently used. I will be coming back again! So excited to find this gem! read more

Offer was dismal and told me it would be ready in an hour. Dropped off at 330 in the afternoon. Never got email with offer till hour after they closed. Didn't give back items they didn't buy because they said I had to stay in store to receive them or pick up that day. Since I didn't get offer until after close that was impossible. I feel that they put new policies in place to confuse and rip customers off for their benefit. I looked at one winter hat in the store for my daughter and it was $19. I turned in a tub full of school uniforms that half were not ever worn with tags still on them and good quality character shirts and was offered only $49. Not worth the hassle and value I received. Couldn't turn down offer as they already donated my selected items. Would not recommend selling your gently used items with these folks as they have no care to the people providing them with their merchandise. read more

I love shopping at Kid to Kid for my children. They items they buy are definitely good quality. I can always find nice gently used clothes for both of my kids for very reasonable prices. I also bought other things besides clothes there too. I've gotten a really nice diaper bag, toys, puzzles and shoes as well. I would recommend this place to any parent who is on a budget or to anyone who likes to save and get more bang for your buck! I will definitely be shopping here again and again! read more

I love this place. I always buy more than I intend to but they so many great items to buy. I still have 9 niece and nephews to buy for so I'm sure to be a frequent shopper. read more

Prices are pretty fair on most items. It is clean and good quality of items. Unfortunately I've come here for nerf blasters and the prices are outrageous 13.99 for a blaster that is 9.99 in stores. I would not recommend buying nerf items here because of the prices being unfair. I think part of it is that some of them are discontinued but. it's not fair to mark a single shot blaster as 13.99. It was tiny. still outrageous and I wouldn't buy nerf here. read more

Great deals nice clothes fair trades. Super pleased also they text you to inform of sales (only if requested)so cool

Honesty, I always go in when my favorite/friendliest employees work so the customer service is always great. I love the hunt of a good bargain and with the text coupons I always walk out ahead. Sometimes you may not find what you are looking for, but if you are ready to sell your little ones gently used items this is the place to go! read more

Not happy about not being given my in store credit or the fact that they took $20 off my gift card but did not take it off my purchase

Every time I come into Kid to Kid to shop or sell I have a great experience. All of the staff is very kind and answers any questions I have had. I love the coupons and points I receive just for shopping at Kid to Kid. I never buy clothes for my son brand new because he's just not in them long enough to make it worth the cost. But at Kid to Kid I can get multiple outfits for the price I would pay for one new outfit but they are in great shape. It is also so organized when I go in to shop I never have to dig through to find my sons size or clothes for boys. Even the toys are nicely organized in different categories and age groups. I love the T-shirt's they sell for moms. I got my favorite T-shirt there. If you are pregnant it is also the best place ever for maternity clothes. I got almost all of my maternity clothes from Kid to Kid. I always watch on Facebook and Instagram to see what new items they are selling and watch for the big sales. I go for almost every big sale Kid to Kid has so that I can have everything I need for a great deal. I now love all the big toys and equipment too now that my son is getting older and is always on the move. I always am finding the best deals at Kid to Kid and finding something exciting. read more
