Not much has changed since my last visit. Unfortunately, target has chosen to ship off their items that are clearance to resale shops so often you won't see things marked down to 70% like they used to. This is still a great place to go when they do end of season sale or after any holiday holidays, where they start marking items down. One nice amenity is that they give free snacks for kids under 12 at the Pizza Hut located in the front of the store. They have cookies, bananas, oranges, etc., for kids. read more

For a Thursday at 6 pm this place was nit busy at all. Plenty of parking and easy access on and out of the parking lot. Outside and inside was clean and the shelves weren't so dishevels and plumaged through. It was actually nice to shop there. It's usually extremely busy that it makes me not want to go. Nobody was wearing a mask and with us in the red now I feel like it should be more popular to wear them again. But I guess not. The prices are a little steep but hey what can you expect from target. Easy to ship large wide isles and they were mostly stocked except for a few sept such as Christmas candy isle and the decor isles. I'd recommend this place though. It's always clean. Employees are helpful and even though it's not local they have guest fashion peoples line and articles of clothing. Recommend target for sure. read more

This place is always packed! It is a convenient location and the staff is, for the most part, helpful, welcoming and kind. The parking lot is well cared for and lit. The inside of the store is cleaner than a lot of other target locations I've been to before. So imagine my surprise when I went to use the restroom and found it to be absolutely disgusting. If I didn't have to use the facilities as bad as I did, I would have held it. There was tp and paper towels strewn all over the floor. There was no soap and one of the paper towel dispensers was empty. According to the bathroom check sheet an employee supposedly cleaned and checked the supplies an hour and a half prior. I call BS because the bathroom was, in a word, appalling. Kind of disappointing because they take such good care of everything else aside of their restrooms. read more

After a somewhat complicated doctor visit, I had to stop at the Coldwater Target. My mind was for sure somewhere else. I took my bags out of the cart, after going through self check, had my sunglasses and keys in my hands. Walked out of the store leaving my purse in the cart. I drove several miles in rush hour traffic to another store and then discovered it was gone. I raced back to Target, lucky to get green lights and a very kind man who let me out in traffic. I pulled up right in front of the store on the sidewalk and ran into the store. Of course, there was no purse in any of the carts by the exit door, so I darted over to the customer service desk. The employee had another customer, but she looked right at me as if to say, what do you need. I blurted out, did anyone turn in a purse. She said what did it look like? I described it and she said it was their policy to ask that question and yes, she had it. The customer who was in line started telling me a story of loosing her wallet, while the Target employee told me they had to lock up the purse. Then she asked to see my ID to make sure it was my purse. I was so very grateful and proud that Target, my favorite store, had such great security procedures in place. She did not make me feel absent minded, even though I was very very embarrassed. I want to thank the good person who was honest enough to turn it in and will never get the chance to do so. It made me think of the many cell phones, I have found out and about and turned in to a safe person. read more

Lately my free time has been non-existent, so I've been ordering things online. I like the tights at Target, so I ordered them off their website. I was supposed to pick them up yesterday, but I was unable to. I went on the website and it allowed me to add a day to pickup today. My father has been in the ICU for several days and tonight there is a snowstorm. The website will not allow me to extend it again, so I tried doing a chat online. That person was unable to help me, and said it had to be done in my account online. So I called the store and the girl in guest relations went to ask someone at the service desk (do you think she actually did, or just put me on hold?) And they told her I had to do it online. What happened to customer service? Would it be that difficult to go in the back and put a note on my package so it wouldn't be sent back? Here's the kicker... They said I now have to cancel the order and start again. But they show out-of-stock! And, how long will it take to get my original money back? We shall see. read more

Terrible store. I stopped to purchase toiletries while in town for business. I took a photo of a display to show my wife. Minutes later as I'm shopping, a security guard approaches to ask if I had been taking pictures. I said I'd taken one and showed it to him, asking if that was a problem. He said if I only took one photo, that's okay. I was a bit incredulous and said what if I wanted to take a photo of a product to compare prices, and he said that no one's allowed to take photos. I asked for confirmation and he said no one can take photos. That ended our dialog; I paid for my items and left. This was an unbelievably stupid encounter with me dressed well from a day of business meetings and walking through a store with less than two dozen cars in the parking lot. Save your patience, save your money -- shop at Walmart. read more

Wow. What a mess. I've been in Targets all over the US and have to say, this one was in the worse shape I have ever seen. Trash on the floor in the entry and exit area. Clothes and shoes all off their racks and laying on the floor. Shelves empty of products. I have been in this Target before and it was never this horrible. read more

Sold me a broken ps4 and kept giving me costumer service numbers to tell me they could do nothing about it. Out 400 bucks.. happy holidays!

Nice store. Big. Clean. Friendly staff - several asked if I needed any help through out the store. One even handed me a basket as my hands began to fill up (should have know to get a cart or basket at target! Lol) but that was pretty helpful since I was in the back of the store at that point. I love target in general their stuff is so cute and I never have problems with it being poor quality like WALMART (boooooo). And it's not that expensive of a place it's just that it has SO MUCH cute stuff you can easily spend $$$ read more

The hours posted are wrong. I drove all the way to Target to find the store doesn't open at 7am.

Love that this place always seems welcoming. Enough space to walk and push the carts even when someone is standing in the middle. Prices are fair and they always have great prices on movies. The workers are friendly and when asking for help I don't feel like a burden because they walk me to where i need to be. If they can't find something they look to see if their sister store has it before I waste time driving over there. read more

We are avid Target shoppers, but the customer service has been appalling since they added u-scans. We have been in repeatedly and they have only one regular register open. The first time that I had real problems with this was when I was in a regular line with a brand new employee who was opening a red card for her customer. I asked the person on the U-scans if they could open another lane. She was snotty and said the other person had gone to lunch. Miraculously three more lanes open after that but they all took customers behind me. I was in line for over twenty minutes, talked to the manager, which was useless and left in tears. Yesterday again only one line was open and the u-scan was giving us fits. We also couldn't buy alcohol on the U-scan which would have been great to know. Each time we had a problem we had to hunt someone down to help. I asked for a store manager and was denied. Ally said "we are doing the best we can." As we kept having trouble I asked another person for a store manager and this time I got Krista. She was curt and condescending and said "we are doing the best we can." I even went so far as to call customer service. I spoke to someone with a very thick accent and still got no satisfaction. Time to get my shopping and Starbucks fix somewhere else. read more
