Oh my god I can't wait to go back. I've had chronic back issues since high school,...I feel amazing…read moreright now. Have to remember to take it easy. Tracy was professional, funny, and so incredibly helpful. My hips back and neck were all out and I feel great right now. They accept walk ins! Thank you yelp for helping me find her!!!! See you next week miracle worker! For the record, I've been through tons of physical therapy and many chiropractors. She's my favorite.

Well ....former great reviews went to he** in a handbasket…read more I did not receive any notice nor did Simon Chiropractic (unlike other businesses I deal with they did not bother to check my insurance coverage starting a new year and so there was a lapse and it fell through the cracks.) I ended up owing or was billed for $60 and since neither of us knew anything I asked if they would do the Solomonic thing and we would each cover half .... $30 each. 50/50. They refused and stuck me with the entire bill. So needless to say their services will no longer be needed. (But the crazy thing is they didn't save $30 they lost $100s if not $1000s by losing a client!) (If I feel that I'm treated unfairly by any business regarding any issue and I give them a chance to redeem the relationship and they don't - I'm gone.) Plus I find it very unprofessional to be at the counter much less be a chiropractor wearing a nose ring. I've never seen that in my 50 years of chiropractors. Chiropractic is my front line of healthcare so.... it matters. Look professional for crying out loud!

Senior Helpers - Dementia Care

Senior Helpers Northbay (also covers Fairfield even though this map does not indicate that) is the…read morefirst and only elder care service I have used. One of their staff was a facilitator in a caregiver support group I attended so I decided to give them a try because they vet their staff to the satisfaction of the CC&R community my mother lives in. For the first caregiver, I gave no preferences and Mom was not very accepting of the young woman sent to her home. She said she did not want to be seen with a "babysitter" so I asked for someone who would look like a friend or daughter so the second caregiver turned out to be a couple months different in age from me... like one of Mom's daughters. This turned out to be the key and we had a very happy relationship for a couple of years before Mom moved to Assisted Living. Sometimes it takes a little trial and error to figure out what works best for any particular situation but happily our caregiver was able to work with my variable schedule to meet our needs.

Do not use their services! Needed a helper 2 times a week…read morefor my Mom. The helper they assigned left early by about 20-30 minutes her first shift. The 2nd shift she left an hour and twenty minutes early. Both times she clocked out at the time she was scheduled to end her shift. Falsifying her time card and we were billed the whole shift. After I complained, we decided to start fresh with a new helper. Found out the night before the new helper had car issues and couldn't take the shift. They found a new helper for the next shift, but she didn't show up and we didn't receive any notification that she wasn't coming. Upon calling and speaking with Araceli, I was told the new helper was uncomfortable that a family member might stop by to see how things were going. The helper just wanted to work with my Mom alone. HUGE RED FLAG. I left a message that I wanted to speak with Susan or Irene and neither would return my call. Found out later that the first helper that falsified her time card is still employed by the agency. Beware, they do not communicate well and will clearly bill you for services you do not receive. I had to tell them to remove the charges. Extremely unprofessional and unethical business.
