I will say, if you are looking to stay at a hotel with a lot of exciting activities or places to go in the immediate area, this is definitely not the place. It is mainly industrial and you have to drive some time before you reach shopping centers. Our room was perfect enough for me to work in during the day and for everyone to sleep at night. Regarding the room, the only minor inconveniences were the room felt humid at times, I could hear the guy next door belching most of the time, the shower head was not working properly, and the foot shelf in the shower was coming off the wall. Breakfast time was my favorite on so many levels. The employee that was there every morning managing the breakfast was the best. I wish I asked for her name but I made sure to tip her because I was so grateful for her. She greeted me every morning and reloaded fresh items when I was there. It was so awesome because there was a lot of space to move around and some times I would be the only person there. All the items were fresh and I never left hungry. We discovered the first night they had a market but no wine or beer for sale. There were not many food options either-just snacks. I decided to order Uber Eats and we had a bottle wine so that worked for the first night. The staff here were friendly and the hotel was clean everywhere we went. I am not sure when we would be in this area again but if we are, this will be the place we stay at.

The breakfast wasn't the fanciest I've ever seen, but we stayed over the holidays and I'm sure they were running on a skeleton crew. It was passable- one type of milk (2%- no skim, no whole), a few containers empty or nearly so (cereal, fruit). I'm really not going to complain about not getting my cantaloupe for one morning if the tradeoff is that whoever usually fills the cantaloupe bin is spending a national holiday with family. There is no tv in the breakfast area, so you can't watch the morning news, as I like to do. One hint: the grassy areas are not super clean. It's not clear where to take your dog when she needs a potty area, and people are clearly just using any grassy area- and not bothering to clean up after their pets. Unfortunately, I only discovered this AFTER my dog had walked through a pile of some other dog's poo, so I got to clean that off her paws. (And after I'd carefully cleaned up her own poo.) Merry Christmas I guess? It seems pretty obvious that you shouldn't leave your dog's poo in a public place, but maybe there need to be signs to this effect. Just be careful where you walk your dog (and yourself) and you'll be fine.

We arrived exhausted, frustrated, and simply expecting to be checked in with the voucher provided by the airline. Instead, we were met with hostility and absolutely no empathy from the woman at the front desk. The hotel was overbooked, yet she made that our problem. She repeatedly told us it wasn't her responsibility and that if we wanted to stay, we would have to pay out of pocket despite having a valid airline voucher. At no point did she show any concern for the situation we had been put in or make any effort to help. Travel delays are stressful enough without being treated with disrespect. Front desk staff are often the first and only people guests interact with, and basic kindness and professionalism should be expected. Being tired travelers stranded far from the airport did not earn us even the smallest amount of compassion. What disappointed me most wasn't the overbooking--it was the complete lack of humanity. We didn't deserve to be spoken to with attitude for a situation we had no control over. This was, without question, one of the worst customer service experiences I've had

Wrong the tv didn't work and I called 3 times and they kept telling me it would be fixed. But no one came for two hours. When all I wanted to do was relax for the evening in my new room. The two times I went down to the front desk becasue no one was picking up the young girl was on her personal cell phone just sat not answering the front desk phone. She had very little urgency in helping. This is not the service I expect from a Marriott property. Very very disappointing. Maybe extra training is needed.

I do not care about the credit cards or cash really. Those can be fixed with a couple of taps on an app. I panicked because not only is replacing your drivers license a pain in the butt but I had no card to use to check in! If someone from Marriott corporate reads this review, please find out who the person who checked me in was, because she is the reason I am leaving this review . Yes, your place was nice. However, the front desk woman who checked me in went not only the extra yard , she went 99 and 1/2 yards to score the game winning touchdown. I believe her name was Marie but I am not 100% sure. She was able to get approval to input the credit card info I had on my phone to pay for the room. She also knew I was drained from the travel I had done that day and granted me access to the VIP area that provides complimentary snacks and drinks. She took me on a tour of that area and also the workout and pool area. The room I stayed in was perfect also. The only thing during my stay that pleased me almost as much as the exemplary service was the quality of the pillows!!! Once again, if someone from Corporate Marriott reads this review, please reach out to me through Yelp or the number I left during check in to let me know the exact brand and type of pillow that you use at this hotel. I want to buy a dozen of them! Thank you to all other staff members at this hotel for also providing excellent service. First, the decor beautiful and everything is up to date and well-maintained. The big beds are really comfortable, the showers are clean and spacious and have good hot water and water pressure, the tub drains well, and the whole premises is safe and well-lit. The whole hotel is non-smoking. It's a very clean, very well kept up, and well-run hotel. The free Wi-Fi always worked. The locks could be connected to my iPhone via Bluetooth so I only had to press a button on an app on my phone to get into the building and unlock the door to my room. We had two big flat screen TVs with all the channels. There was a nice welcome message stating my Hilton membership status on the TV every time I checked in. A Target is across the parking lot and I loved that. It was so convenient. We really enjoyed the breakfasts. Derrick and his team did an amazing job, providing a delicious variety of fresh hot and cold food every day. The breakfast room has lots of plants and a high ceiling and enormous windows, and it just felt refreshing and invigorating to step in there every day. It had a good vibe. Due to my home being destroyed by water damage, my husband and were guests here for a full four months. I'm so grateful to everyone here for making this our home away from home during an extremely turbulent and stressful time. Many of the employees here were a blessing. I accidentally left my shoes in my room after checking out. When I called for quite some time (3hrs) the staff repeatedly told me they did not have my shoes and claimed housekeeping had already gone home for the day. I was told to call back the next day to see if housekeeping turned them in. Something didn't seem right, so I had someone else call immediately after my last call The same employee who had just told me my shoes weren't there immediately told the other caller that the shoes had been found and simply asked for a FedEx shipping label to send them back. The fact that I was given false information multiple times by the same staff member was disappointing and unacceptable. While the hotel is clean, nice, and affordable, honesty and customer service matter just as much. I hope management addresses this issue so future guests don't have a similar experience.
