I purchase a sofa bed from jaron's took 2 months to come I got it the other day it's not the right color the feet are made out of plastic there are no holes on the bottom of the couch in order to put the feet on the back of the couch is a thin strip of fabric nothing solid nothing firm the quality of this couch is like a $400 couch that they charge me $1,200 for right after the couch was delivered and I unwrapped the couch I realized color was wrong I called them and asked him to take the couch back they told me they would not take the couch back pull customer service manager hung up on me his name is Al and this is not how a furniture store is supposed to operate and after reviewing throughout the internet I see that Jared's has a poor rating on every review site I didn't think to look at the reviews before I purchase the product but I will make sure that everyone knows to look at the reviews before they purchase from Jaron's.

We had to bring it back to the distribution center on a truck and wait for a new one to come in. I asked for delivery of the new couch to compensate us for our inconvenience and I was told no more than once. I got a call yesterday and to my surprise they offered to deliver it, that's all I wanted..... Now new one just got here today, both delivery drivers were great, this couch has a rip in it. I'm just amazed with how god awful their customer service is. You would think the manager who helped me originally, Marla, would have made sure the second couch was flawless. I will never go back to mealey's after this experience and I will be leaving a bbb review. Also, thanks for the $25 gift card mealey's....maybe next time just check your furniture before a customer picks up/has it delivered.

    I purchased a couch at the warminster store. There was an error with the delivery date that was…read moreonly discovered after we called to confirm. The staff blamed the error on their new computer system which they have had for over 3 weeks at this point. When we called to check they told us that they call for deliveries for a few more hours and just wait...now if you know your new computer system has been attributing to problems don't you think you would double check everything especially after a customer calls. The next day we called - and by the way you have to sit on hold for over 25 mins to get someone on the phone each time- and they told my husband that we wouldn't get the couch for 2 weeks then the next person I called said said a few days. At the end it was delivered 3 days late only because I pressed them. There was no effort to resolve things quickly on their end. The delivery was scheduled for the end of the day and I asked if they could do first thing as we just moved and had literally no place to sit. They said no. They next day the drivers called asking if I could be the first delivery because of my location it made more sense for them. Does anyone know what's going on there?! I asked for compensation for the endless errors, poor follow through on customer service and all the time on hold trying to get answers they gave me $44 credit on an almost $900 couch I didn't find that to be reasonable for all the horrible customer service and all the errors. The couch arrived with a rip in the arm. I had asked for the store manager to call me but none of the staff seem to know his schedule or how to reach him other than sending an email. Finally another guy called me ed Darcy who was curt, arrogant and not at all interested to know what happened as you would think a manager would want their store to be operating at a certain level of efficiency and have a good reputation. He did not. I will never purchase another item from this store. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied
