George was the physical therapist who had first assessed me, and he did such a great job, my back felt immediately better after my session with him. Due to my schedule, I only saw George that one time, and the other times, I saw either Dimple or Patrick. Both of them give great deep tissue massages while patiently guiding you through various exercises, meant to train your muscles and to alleviate the pain you've been feeling. After about a dozen and a half sessions, I felt good enough to stop going in regularly and I still utilize their exercises to prevent any backsliding, no pun intended. If you're in the area, I would highly recommend this clinic as they are all kind, friendly, and they patient. I deal with neck pain that would sometimes force out of bed at 3am and I would have to sleep sitting up to make the pain go away. Ever since I started coming to this facility, I have not had that problem any more. I am currently still rehabilitating my neck but the progress has been excellent! I can sleep until it's time to go to work. That's something I won't take for granted anymore. The staff are brilliant and fantastic! Rose and Ziba work at the front desk and are sincere, sweet and extremely helpful. They make sure you're informed of everything you need to know and are on top of your appointments. Rose also steps in to help you with exercises when needed. Very knowledgeable and reliable. Venki, is the PT. He does an excellent job communicating in the sense of seeing where you are. He'll always ask if you feel okay from stretches to make sure there is no discomfort. I really like that we have conversations on the possible triggers of the neck pain and always proposes solutions. Dr. Andrew, provides the chiropractic care of the therapy. Filled with personality. Makes you laugh while giving me major insight into my injury. He showed remarkable empathy for my situation that another doctor caused; a tear in my labrum because of carelessness while I was unconscious. Dr. Abin knew what I was up against in my daily struggles. We discussed anatomy, physiology and various treatment techniques to resolve my issue of pain. His patience was encouraging.
