Relocating after 16 years to a condo across many state lines was a daunting task, and I honestly couldn't do it by myself. After speaking with Joan, she and her team came out to the condo twice. They've not only organized multiple rooms of items efficiently, but also helped to significantly improve all of our mental health. Joan is a diligent and patient individual. She showed compassion and willingness to listen to all of us as we tried to process this very overwhelming task. I GREATLY APPRECIATE everything they've done for us. And as more are helping to care for their elderly parents and/or downsize/move into a new home/transition of some kind, these folks are clearly worth their weight in gold. I wish I would've called sooner! I hope that this review will help nudge someone in this direction- You DON'T have to do this alone!

I mostly just wanted to talk about the product: I purchased a Ceiling light that was missing hardware, had rust on parts of the metal, and was obviously a REPACKAGED mess. I'm sure if you get unopened items, youll be fine. But beware of the boxes with extra tape, because there will be crap in them and also crap missing or rusty.

I think I was just speechless the whole time trying to absorb everything in. They have the most beautiful dry flower arrangements. You can buy the whole set, flower arrangement and vase and all, or customize the flowers and choose a vase. I think a small vase with an arrangement was an average of $9-$15, which isn't too bad of a price. There is an attached greenhouse room that is so cute. It's so green, full of different green plants, including monsteras, cactus, and air plants. They even sell baskets for pots. Definitely want to come back and come home with a whole vase with a flower arrangement.

This was an interesting experience, to say the least. Ms. Yesenia showed up a few days before,…read morequite promptly, and gave my mother and I an estimate that we were fine with for our move-out cleaning. Our cleaning was schedule for Sunday, June 14thm at 8:30am and she showed up nearly 9:44am after having contacted her about 3-4 times and eventually getting through. This would've been fine as long as there was communication, but there wasn't. Personally, I was already on the road travelling to a different state however my mother was there by herself who had a flight to catch later that evening. We even offered her our furniture for free (two love-seats, coffee table, lamp and a small dining table) as we weren't able to take them with us as a courtesy. She brought moving people with her to take the furniture and even though they were continually instructed to not touch certain items in the house, they still tried to take those with them, causing confusiong by trying to mix them up with the garbage to be taken out. Again, my mother insisted many times for them not too touch items, some of them STILL tried to take them and acted as if they didn't understand even though there was a younger girl who translated for them just fine. This seems like they truly tried to take advantage of my mother and that is something I won't stand for. During the cleaning they even asked my mother for garbage bags; why would we hire a cleaning crew if we were able to do this on our own? You'd think they would show up prepared? I also had trouble getting the receipt from her as it is required from my landlord. It was not until over 24 hours later, from me continually messaging Ms. Yesenia, that I received receipt of services. After all of this, I am still giving her two stars because she showed up on-time the first day and the cleaning was good. This may not be your experience (I hope not) and I wish Ms. Yesenia good luck with her business but I had to share my experience. Choose wisely.
