It was clear to us that she had an excellent reputation in the industry, and now having worked with her, we can see why. She was nothing less than OUTSTANDING in all respects. To highlight our situation specifically, we had to relocate across the country from the East Coast to the Loma Linda/Redlands area for our career. Moreover, we were looking to buy a home during a particularly hectic time, as the COVID-19 pandemic was taking off, with all open houses shut down and many sellers suddenly taking their properties off the market. Mary Beth was exceptionally patient and flexible with us throughout the whole process. Prior to visiting, we provided her with listings we had considered on Zillow/Redfin and she in turn gave us some feedback and suggested other properties to add to the list as they came up, without any pressure in either direction. Once we visited, we had a narrow window of only 3-4 days to find and pick out a house. But Mary Beth was willing to dedicate essentially all of her time to us, tirelessly showing us homes (including new ones to see that came up at the last minute). She put together daily schedules for us that accommodated our needs perfectly. She is an excellent communicator, very responsive to messages and emails, always answering within several minutes. She is IMMENSELY knowledgeable about the area, with a strong understanding of various neighborhoods. She made the extra effort to not just show the homes themselves, but also enthusiastically tour the surrounding area so that we had the best understanding of the neighborhoods we were buying into. Throughout our tours, it was very clear to us that she genuinely loves this job and is very proud of the neighborhoods she showed. Even after we settled on our new home (which was one of the houses she suggested and added to our list), she followed up with us to send updated pictures as construction was being completed. This helped to put our minds at ease that the promised tasks were getting done. Besides her knowledge, flexibility and professionalism, the attribute we appreciate most about Mary Beth is simply that she is a kind, genuine person. No question was too stupid (especially as a first time homebuyer) and she made a point to reassure us every step of the way. We cannot recommend her enough!!
