We had a most challenging sales process due to the buyer's realtor not really understanding the paperwork and legal deadlines but Yvonne kept things moving along. Did I mention that she is a tough negotiator as well? She helped us price our home appropriately and got us FULL ASK. Yvonne kept us in the loop the entire time, anticipating the normal stress of selling a home and therefore having us work on the seller's packet of docs from day one. When things got difficult she was TENACIOUS with the Escrow company and the Buyer's Agent, protecting our interests 100% of the time. I'm not sure this sale would have closed without her! Yvonne is an excellent communicator, always keeping us in the loop. She worked tirelessly for us, going above and beyond the entire time our home was on the market. We lived an hour away so Yvonne took the time to ensure that our alarm was always properly set and that the home was locked after each showing. I always felt like I was her most important client... only to learn that everyone else she represents felt the same way. You cannot go wrong working with Yvonne - she will fight for you and support you, whether you are buying or selling your home.

We found the right property, negotiated, and everything was lined up--until out of nowhere, the financing fell through with BofA at the finish line. It was a curveball that could have cost me the deal. That's when Guillermo truly showed what makes him different. He didn't panic, didn't disappear, and didn't give me empty promises. Instead, he stepped in immediately with a pivot, connecting me with a new lender who moved fast, helping me understand exactly what we needed to do to save the deal, and keeping everything on track so I didn't lose the house I had worked so hard to secure. His calm under pressure, resourcefulness, and genuine commitment to getting me to the finish line turned what could have been a nightmare into a win. He was on top of communication every step of the way, making a stressful situation feel manageable, and proving he's not just about closing a sale--he's about making sure his clients succeed. If you want an agent who knows how to handle the easy parts and the hard parts, Guillermo is the one you want in your corner.

Terrible Experience with Redfin's Home Valuation…read more I am extremely disappointed with Redfin's home valuation. Redfin estimated my home in Corona approximately $300,000 lower than a very similar home right next door. The homes have comparable square footage, condition, and overall characteristics, so this enormous difference makes absolutely no sense to me. I tried multiple times to contact Redfin to ask how they came up with such an inaccurate valuation and why the pricing difference was so extreme, but I could not get a satisfactory response. In my experience, Redfin's estimates are not reliable or accurate, and I would strongly recommend that homeowners do their own research and compare multiple sources before trusting Redfin's valuation. I have found Zillow to be considerably more accurate and up to date in comparison. Based on my experience, I would not trust Redfin's estimate when making an important financial decision about your home.
