He sounded annoyed right off the bat. I don't know why, but raising his voice, and me not having it, he hung up the phone on me. I called him back, and asked again, when is the showing?, when's the earliest move-in date?, he hung up on me a SECOND time. He's downright rude. I called and spoke to his boss, Richard, Malooly, who tried to iron things out. Essentially, required another realtor to show me the property. The overall rating of this particular firm shows these realtors do not care about their clients. Please do yourself a favor and do not do business with this firm, you will be wasting your time and energy. Especially do NOT do business with YEPENG YANG!

You would think a real-estate agent would jump on a easy sale. After talking to an agent (Sam) on the phone, I told him my situation on how I have the money and I'm ready to move. He told me that he's going to send me MLS listings through my e-mail with in 1 hour of that phone call. It's been 4 days since that conversation, called him up again and he told me that he's going to send it since he had no time. He told me to check my e-mail within 20 min. A day later I was still waiting for the MLS listings and on top of that, no phone call. Do I need to throw money in there face and let them sleep with it for a night for some one to take me seriously? One of the rules I live by is that man only has one thing in life to take him seriously, and that's his word. It's one thing to be busy but if you're telling me that you want to get me a house through your company, then get me that house. Show me how bad you want my money and I would be more then happy to give it to you.
