We've rented throughout LA for the last 12 years and have experienced all types of management, from working directly with the owners to large property mgmt companies, and Jeremy has provided the best experience thus far. As a family with a small child, attentiveness and communication are things we value as tenants when it comes to things that need to be addressed. We never had issue with not getting a response and were always updated and aware of progress. It was such a pleasure to have Jeremy as our property management and would highly recommend.

Selling a property from out of state can be incredibly daunting, but Tiffany made the entire process seamless. When complex issues arose later, including navigating a repair contingency and probate related documentation, Tiffany handled them with professional ease and kept all parties aligned. She and her team were proactive, highly responsive, and truly hands-on with helping to coordinating necessary repairs which saved us tremendous stress. My partner is a first time home buyer so I wanted to find him someone that he felt comfortable with, especially since it's such a major purchase and life adjustment. Elizabeth was never pushy and even let us know when she felt a home wasn't a good fit, rather than rushing us into just anything. She kept in mind both my partner and I's, needs and wants, to get us our dream home. Additionally, she was always responsive when it came to all of our questions, kept us informed throughout the whole process, and was always on top of scheduling our showings. I am very happy with the end result! We were able to find exactly what we wanted in the LA area, in a short time frame, which is no easy task.

You want Elizabeth in your team today!…read more I emailed a lot of real estate agents one Sunday night. I had made up my mind that it was time to get started on locking in a multi-unit property investment. And to my surprise, I heard back from only one real estate agent right away, Elizabeth Sanchez. Elizabeth turned out to have many strengths on top of responding quickly to questions. She is very knowledgeable, a strong communicator and negotiator, and has high integrity, putting the client's needs first in this crazy world of real estate. As a non-citizen, I cannot give my trust away so easily. But Elizabeth earned it. She held my hand looking through properties then selecting the best one then putting in an offer then getting an inspection on the building then getting all the proper paperwork to sign and make it mine, helping me weigh all the pros and cons along the way. I am now the proud owner of a multi-family home in Los Angeles. The whole process took two months - si se pudo! And Elizabeth is still available to answer any questions even after closing. In two years, I will be circling back for more property once I can make another downpayment. But I am recommending everyone I know to her today. Thank you, Elizabeth. :)

We ended up thrilled with our neighborhood and property even though my family had never set foot in the area or house. It's a true testament to her many skills. There are many people have knowledge, skills, and understanding of the market, but in addition to those requisite skills Maggie has a sincere dedication to her customers that sets her above the competition. It's been many years since I've had to search for a new apartment, and I was a little nervous about…read morehow the whole apartment-hunting game had changed since my last time around. So I decided to look into using an apartment broker, to take some of the burden off myself and let a professional handle things instead... After looking at a few different firms online, I got good vibes from The Rental Girl (TRG), a boutique real estate agency here in Los Angeles, that also handles apartment searches. I liked the fact that the company is on the smaller side (around 20 or so employees, I believe), so that you really get their full attention. And for me personally, it was also a big plus to support a women-owned business. For apartment searches, they offer a couple of options: 1) You can sign up on their website to access listings on your own. or... 2) They also offer a concierge service, where they take inventory of your specific needs and wants and then do a customized search for you, which includes setting up walk-thrus, handling paperwork, and basically taking charge of all the less-fun aspects of looking for a new apartment. Their concierge service is made up of a team of people who each cover a different area of Los Angeles. For the area I was looking in, I was assigned a terrific, friendly dynamo named Itza Campos. She took great care of me every step of the way, serving as a sounding board (and even a therapist at times, lol) as we considered various apartments, before landing on just the right one. It was a true pleasure working with her and I really can't thank her enough for all the help she gave me! TRG concierge service isn't inexpensive -- it's equal to the price of one month's rent on your new apartment -- but I have to say that I consider it money VERY well-spent. Itza made the whole process fun and basically painless. I would recommend The Rental Girl without hesitation for anyone who wants help in finding the perfect place to live. Thanks again to the great team at TRG, especially Itza!
