I was called by the inspector and also there was a cease and desist order posted on my door until I was able to prove to them that there was no "disturbed" asbestos in either the dumpster or in the house....first thought..."YIKES!" After a few days of pondering my options I looked at yelp and found BuildSafe and gave them a call. The woman who answered the phone (sorry I can't remember her name at the moment) was awesome and gave me a brief description of their services. Needless to say they did have Blake who is one of their inspectors just finishing a job that was not too far away and he showed up about an hour later at my house. He took about 10 samples from the dumpster and the house...even spoke personally to the city inspector who wrote the property up about the situation. Immediately sent the samples to the lab and a few hours later I got a phone call regarding what they found. Amazingly quick and efficient. All I can say about this is: This company is well run, they are very personable and incredibly competent at what they do and finally trustworthy...they have you the customer in mind not the idea of lining there pockets with your dollar bills.
