The owner himself came out initially rather than a salesperson. Phil is a great guy, someone you want to do business with. Save yourself some money and get the job done right. I was impressed with the selection of quality turf material he offered me. I went with a two tone green with some realistic looking brownish thatch at the bottom. The finished look is a great improvement to my backyard pool area. I'm very picky and somewhat of a perfectionist. The sub-base they installed was flat with no humps and graded perfectly. It was amazing how they went right up to my existing curved landscape edging flawlessly. The seams were minimized and virtually invisible. The over 400 square foot job was completed in one day with his crew of talented installers. I am extremely happy with the pet turf he installed. My dog loves his new play area. I informed them and they have been back 3 times for the issue and have refused to fix the problem. In fact they are blaming the problem on the customer and have washed their hands of it. They have outright refused to honor the 2 year warranty and gladly welcomed the idea of taking them to court. This company is one of the worst I have dealt with for customer service and strongly advise against using them for anything. They count on doing crap work for a good amount of money and will gladly hope you don't take legal action against them. They will be proven wrong, although they may be bankrupt by the time of our court date.

It was always a problem area to mow and fertilize. The grass was never great no matter how much sod I put down. Than when I mow the lawn the grass gets in the pool. Also I always had nightmares that the mower would fall in, just one bad turn. So hubby and I researched this forever. We sent away for swatches and that gets you even more confused how am I an expert on what to put there. Also I physically do not see me doing this. Next , this past Labor Day weekend we went to the Home Show at the Broward Convention Center. There is where we found the artificial grass suppliers. So I take all there information until I am ready to pull the trigger. After the Christmas holidays I thought what a great way to start the year with my yard looking shiny and new. I call all the different suppliers including ones I found on Yelp. It was typical South Florida I'll get back to you. Except Turf Doctor he came out right when my schedule was open. Tony Piteo came early even was ready to go by measuring taking pictures and most of all listening. He got the job than and there. He scheduled me after the new year and it is now done. Very happy with the results and will definitely re-review if anything changes on the service.
