I was shocked to see parts of the roof had inflated into large bubbles, and one of the eaves was pulling away. Of course, it was perfectly flat when installed by A-1 Roofing in 2007, and performed flawlessly over the past 16 years, far beyond the warranty. In fact, despite the grotesque deformation, the marvelous barrier was doing exactly as intended--keeping the wet & exterior climate from intruding into our living space. I was extremely satisfied with that and had no qualms about contacting FELIPE MARTINEZ [915.252.5552; felipea1roofing@gmail.com] for another superior roof. In fact, because the roll roof A-1 had installed on the almost flat ~1800 square foot area had survived as long as it did made it easy for me. I normally would contact several roofers/obtain quotes/compare for the best deal, but the excellent performance of the 2007 roof was all the evidence I needed to have A-1 do it again. Their timing was better than expected, only 2.5 days from the moment their roll-away dumpster was deposited in one half of our driveway until roofers JOSE & JAIME were putting the finishing touches on the stunning hot-mopped/white granulated roof/Sun-averse white painted squares around the vents/swamp cooler jacks, I could see another wise investment in our home. I really appreciated their attention to details like a well-installed/new drip edge along the inside & outside roof perimeter, and constantly cleaning up behind themselves/work area. It was expensive (~$12,500), maybe two or three times as much as the usual hot-mop roll roof (~$4,000; which we've had before with other roofers during our 30+ years here), but those roofs might last a third or a fourth as long, so we're really saving money paying for the extra-special roll roofing. There is no question in my mind that A-1 Roofing definitely has my coveted "¡Wheel of Approval!"

I found out when my rook leaked again that he used aluminum coating instead and told him to recoat with elatomeric as originally agreed. He has refused. He came to reseal the flat roof in the areas that were already cracked and within 2 weeks, I have noticed that he did another shoddy job. When I first got to know him, he presented himself as somebody that is fiscally responsible and ready to serve as County Commissioner Pct.4. Do yourself a favor, he is not allow him to sweet talk you. He does not keep his word and athe job he has done for me has been shoddy. I am still waiting for him to reply to my BBB complaint (1 week and counting).

I was standing right there, and timed it. The technician said the warranty would not cover the service. The fee is always $75.00. He went on to tell me that if he wanted me to fix it they could easily be do it, BUT it would cost 75.00 plus $250.00. I called a competitor, explaining to him what was happening, and he told me that that was RIDICULOUS! I agreed. At that point, I had no choice but to give him the $75.00 for absolutely nothing! I asked him to leave my house. Talk about milking it! The technician failed to access the problem properly, and he knew very well that in El Paso with our hell-hot temperatures, we are hostages! We have no choice but to pay! Well, too bad! I was not going to pay it! I made an appointment with another company, and I know it is not going to cost that much! I do not recommend this business whatsoever! UPDATE: We hired a REPUTABLE company to determine what's wrong with the AC unit. Contrary to what Diaz is claiming, they were able to conclusively diagnose the problem without requiring us to pay the exorbitant amount for a "thorough cleaning" that Diaz kept demanding. The unit will need parts replaced, as it is very old, but it was not necessary to pay a large amount of money for "cleaning" in order to find that out, like Diaz was demanding. This company is just out to take your money. DO NOT HIRE THEM! Beware!

It was expensive yes but it was done up to code and allowed me to sell my home. The guys were under a tight timeline and I know it was intense finding new issues every step of the way. All I know is that the builder provides a high quality home. I heard PVH used to provide custom-build home but they no longer doing that anymore. I haven't had a chance to visit any PVH model home until Sept. 2020. It was located in west El Paso Cimmaron Canyon area. First impression, absolutely love it! In late Oct. 2020, I signed the contract with PVH for Acacia CIM (4 bed and 2 bath) ! I feel truly blessed that I got to live in Cimmaron Canyon area. I've been waiting for about 8-9 months for it to be ready. During that period, PVH and real estate agent did a great job keep me informed on construction progress at different phases. I receive quick response whenever I have questions regarding building phase. I've been living in my house for 3+ months. Absolutely love my house! 1) Everything that I selected during color selection process had been provided. There's no surprise during private inspection, home owner orientation, and final walk through. 2) I love the way PVH provided a home orientation video before final walk through. It let us know what to expect during final walk through which make the entire process smooth and efficient! 3) All of the cabinet comes with excellent quality! (I choose brown) 4) PVH did a great job on painting! 5) Absolutely love the upgraded kitchen counter top and upgraded range hood! 6) Love the bathroom materials provided. High end quality! 7) It's an energy saving home which save me lots of money on electricity! 8) Love the basket that PVH provided during closing date.
