Due to the age of the floor, and the unavailability of the existing floor product, we had to do a complete replacement. My wife and I were most impressed with Michael Yanez, owner of Best Budget Flooring and Remodeling, so we chose his company for our wood floor replacement. We couldn't be more impressed with the entire process. Best Budget replaced our engineered hardwood with luxury vinyl flooring. It only took Michael's flooring and painting teams three days to complete the project. The floor is approximately 1000 square feet. They moved all of our furniture, hung plastic to prevent dust from invading the rest of our home, removed the quarter round, removed the old floor, sanded and prepped the foundation, installed the new floor, repaired the water damaged baseboards, installed new quarter round, painted all of the baseboards, cleaned up after themselves, and moved all furniture to exactly where we wanted it. We were blown away with how quickly the project was completed. My wife and I absolutely love our new floor. Michael and his team were knowledgeable, professional and very courteous. Michael visited our home several times throughout the three days to make sure everything was going well. I couldn't be more impressed, and we would absolutely use Best Budget Flooring again. I called another company to come fix this mess because Emilio came by and said they're not going to warranty anything (even though this is all their fault) and I would rather use anyone other than them at this point and they don't deserve another dime.

They got glue everywhere, my concrete walkway is stained, glue all over my walls and new flooring. They told us they would come to fix it. My wife was the only one home when they came to fix it and they tried to tell her they didn't leave glue anywhere. They were just standing around not going to clean anything complaining in Spanish. So she called my dad to come over and as soon as he spoke to them in Spanish they started working. Second they hacked the trim to get the flooring to fit, there is not a straight line in any of there cuts not even the cut they made into a door. Oh and guess what they didn't do any of that either. Things have gotten so bad we have asked our contractors to not have them come back to our home. I would not recommend this company ever.
