The gentleman came out and treated the area of concern. Unfortunately the nest was bigger than anticipated because they came back within a week. This particular area was hard to see since it was located on a hallow space above the window, that did not have access through our attic. The owner came back re-dusted the area outside and from the crawl space in the attic. We have not seen any activity since the 2nd dusting. I know that home projects do not always go as planned. I appreciate that the owner came out and ensured the quality of his work. We would definitely recommend this company and plan to use him in the future (if necessary).

After contacting the company, they informed us that our warranty had expir d, but since we were unaware of warranty details, they decided to honor the warranty. At that point I figured "wow, what a stand up company". This feeling was short lived. Upon inspecting the house, they informed us that our warranty had expired and we would need to pay full price for treatment ($1,400). I argued my point that we were told that the warranty would be honored to which I was treated with the response of "we don't remember this". I asked to speak with the owner and was told the owner was not available. After countless phone calls and "discussions" over the next week, I was finally able to speak to the owner. Oddly enough, the owner informed me that she had listened in and been present for all of our phone calls. I'm still confused as to how on earth this is possible if the owner was not available when I had asked to speak with her. In the end, they honored that warranty. This was not until after a weeks worth of false information and dispicable customer service. Evidently though, I was able to save roughly $1300 and still receive the termite treatment. This was almost a year ago, and until a few days ago...I was satisfied with the results of our interactions. No, less than a full year later the termites are back in my garage! Again, I'm at a loss with this company as the technicians blamed the initial reentry on previous techs, yet I had the same results with those playing the blame game. I was led to believe that treatment should protect our property for 5-10 years yet it hardly protected us for 10 months. In the end, I have cut my losses. Due to poor customer service, and poor services provided along with the less than hassle free experience, Inwpuld not reccomend this company to anyone anywhere for any services that you want preformed correctly and professionally. When i finally called the office (no one called me to rectify the situation) they told me they could send someone out today between 930-5pm. The office closes at 5pm, so if dude no shows again there is no one to call. After I requested to speak to a manager I was cold transfered to voicemail with no name and no recording feature.
