This company has been working on my home for the past sixteen days, yet no meaningful work has been completed during the last seven days. Today, I contacted my salesman, Jack, who assured me that the workers would arrive after lunch around 1:30 p.m. As of this evening, no one has arrived. I called Jack twice and sent him a text message, but I have received no response. Since I could not get an answer from my salesman, I contacted your office on Florida Street in Memphis. The scheduler transferred me to the fabrication manager, and I explained everything that has occurred. I then asked to speak with the owner or a shareholder and was told they were in Italy. I asked to speak with the next person in charge and was transferred to Jayla (or Jaylen), who referred to herself as a "problem solver." Unfortunately, that description did not match my experience. She told me she would call me back within five minutes, but she never did. During our conversation, she stated that my countertops would be installed tomorrow. I questioned how that could happen when there are currently no cabinets or counters in place to support that installation. I have already paid nearly $11,000 toward this project and still have a remaining balance. Despite making a substantial payment, I have been left without progress, communication, or accountability. This situation is both unfair and highly unprofessional. What concerns me even more is that Jayla (or Jaylen) contacted Jack and apparently told him that I had implied I would not pay the remaining balance. That is completely false. At no point did I say or suggest that I would refuse to pay my balance. My only concern has been the lack of progress, poor communication, and the failure to honor the commitments that have been made to me. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. I expected honesty, professionalism, and quality customer service, but unfortunately, my experience has been the exact opposite. I hope someone in leadership will take responsibility for these issues and work toward resolving this matter promptly.

Miserable experience with this company…read more After contracting with them to install a new countertop, they decided to cancel the project. They determined that the countertop could not be installed without damaging my existing stone backsplash. And this was after viewing pictures of my existing situation and stone backsplash. The company sent a representative to my house to measure the project. I asked the representative if the project could be done without damaging my existing stone. He said that it would be no problem. After performing the measurement, I was informed that they would not assume the liability for the project. They also charged me $120 for the measuring fee which they refused to refund. Stay away from this company. They are very shady and unprofessional.

We had two tubs resurfaced by Surface Solutions. Both tubs began to bubble and peel after a few…read moremonths. I contacted Don, the owner, and he sent a crew out to re-do the job. The second resurfacing was completed and a few months later, both tubs peeled and bubbled again. Having lost confidence in Surface Solutions to do quality work, I contacted Don, the owner, to request a refund. Even though the work was still covered by warranty, he refused to refund any money. Saying, "I never refund money." If you're thinking of using Surface Solutions, find someone who will actually stand behind their work and save yourself the time, money and the aggravation.
