This company has been working on my home for the past sixteen days, yet no meaningful work has been completed during the last seven days. Today, I contacted my salesman, Jack, who assured me that the workers would arrive after lunch around 1:30 p.m. As of this evening, no one has arrived. I called Jack twice and sent him a text message, but I have received no response. Since I could not get an answer from my salesman, I contacted your office on Florida Street in Memphis. The scheduler transferred me to the fabrication manager, and I explained everything that has occurred. I then asked to speak with the owner or a shareholder and was told they were in Italy. I asked to speak with the next person in charge and was transferred to Jayla (or Jaylen), who referred to herself as a "problem solver." Unfortunately, that description did not match my experience. She told me she would call me back within five minutes, but she never did. During our conversation, she stated that my countertops would be installed tomorrow. I questioned how that could happen when there are currently no cabinets or counters in place to support that installation. I have already paid nearly $11,000 toward this project and still have a remaining balance. Despite making a substantial payment, I have been left without progress, communication, or accountability. This situation is both unfair and highly unprofessional. What concerns me even more is that Jayla (or Jaylen) contacted Jack and apparently told him that I had implied I would not pay the remaining balance. That is completely false. At no point did I say or suggest that I would refuse to pay my balance. My only concern has been the lack of progress, poor communication, and the failure to honor the commitments that have been made to me. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. I expected honesty, professionalism, and quality customer service, but unfortunately, my experience has been the exact opposite. I hope someone in leadership will take responsibility for these issues and work toward resolving this matter promptly.

I used pro stone years ago and a Crack at the sink occurred within nine months. I called and got…read morethe run around about someone coming, passing it along to someone else, that person no longer works here, then I'll get someone out there. I was extremely patient. Someone finally came and inspected it, and told me someone would be calling me to schedule a look. Well, my patience went too long. By the time, I finally got the one to inspect it, I was passed my one year warranty. The Crack grew to over a foot in a master of months. They have horrible service all the way around. The owner is horrible by not backing his installation and not having better customer service. There are so many more places to buy and fabricate your store. I have used another company since that debacle and was very pleased with the bathroom counter installs of marble and granite.
