I told him check with someone else because it doesn't sound right,so another company comes in and replaces the circuit board and another small part and it works great....for $350.No excuse for this type of bullshit.They know what they are doing,he is elderly and they were just trying to take advantage of the situation.The guy even charged him $160 for the 15 minutes he was there,and made it sound like he was getting a deal.I told him he got ripped off.So if you want to get it tucked up your arse call this company...the owner will probably reply saying no foul...yeah?? So on Sunday evening I called and talk with Doug Anderson. Per instruction I closed the gas line and water supply to heater. I was able to send pictures of the old HW heater with model number to identify correct height and water capacity of new HW tank and after a few pertinent questions was able to schedule the replacement next morning at 7:30 AM. Doug came on time with new HW heater, he was very, polite and professional with good communication throughout the replacement project. In two hours job was completed and I have Hot water to shower. The quality of the job was fantastic and takes away the old water heater and left everything in very neat and clean condition. If I could give on more than 5 stars I would.

I'm sure they would've kept coming back until it ultimately got fixed but this had dragged on for over a month and I wanted to get it over with. Also had them do a shower valve which wasn't quite set at the correct depth in the wall, but that's fairly cosmetic and I'm not super bothered by it but someone else could be. They are professional and neat in the execution of the tasks they have performed. They also cleanup completely, with the work area being returned to the condition it was like before whatever the issue was that brought them in for service. Actually, the work spaces were left in better shape than what they found when they arrived. Their pricing has always been good value for the product and service received. I was told due to lots of water main breaks to put in a water filter, did that, $650 dollars later, the housing was empty, EMPTY!!!!! meaning no filter inside the housing, so all the time I thought I was protecting my system and my family, no, just no.... I clearly wasn't. I was flabbergasted when my current independent tech showed me the pictures, not only of the empty housing but all of the sludge and build up in my system.... which supposedly was flushed out by them in April, yes, just 6 months ago.
