Tat was great from beginning to end for us. We ended up purchasing a dining table set with a bench. A few weeks later when our bench arrived and picked up, we noticed there was a big hole in it and asked for an exchange on a different bench. The exchange was seamless and we were able to inspect the bench this time before taking it home with us. As for the table, it came delivered in the "white glove" service, meaning they bring it to your designated room and install the furniture for you. Scheduling a delivery date time was also fairly easy. The two delivery people were very nice and assembled our table quickly. I was skeptical at first after reading other reviews with the delivery service, but i'm very pleased with my purchase and entire process. The furniture here is modern, beautiful and great quality. Can't wait to get more pieces from here in the future.

I gave the woman at the front my name and phone number for in case they ever got it in-stock again for the future. I went to this store about 5 months ago and till now haven't received any calls so they must not carry that item anymore. One of my other favourites was the light up shadow box picture frames (also posted in my pictures). I would've bought one if i had a spot to put it at home just wasn't sure where to put it. I noticed in my inbox that Bed Bath & Beyond had a $20 coupon of an entire order. I decided to use it towards my new Sodastream machine. I also ordered a bottle of raspberry mint syrup to get started on my adventure making fizzy drinks. I ordered online and used my coupon to get $20 off my order. I chose to pick up both items. The minor problem? The Sodastream model that I wanted was available at my local Markham location and not at this store. My raspberry mint syrup was in stock here, but not at the Markham store. Yes, I visited two different Bed Bath & Beyond stores within two hours. It was nice getting reacquainted with them. This store is with a bunch of box stores, including Winners, PetSmart, Best Buy, and more. There was plenty of parking on a Saturday afternoon. I browsed around the store. It was clean and bright. I looked at hand sanitizer and masks, and planted myself in the small appliances section for the longest time. I went to the pickup counter. My wait wasn't long. I gave the woman my name and a brief description of my item. She went to a couple of locked cabinets to fetch my bottle of beverage syrup. I provided photo ID (yay to an expired driver's licence that is valid these days during this pandemic) and the bottle was mine. I thanked her and left.
