Was not extremely impressed by this service. I originally scheduled my appointment for 9:00 on a Monday morning. 9:15 came around and no one had come, so I called and found out they made a mistake when scheduling the appointment. I ended up rescheduling for that Wednesday, with an additional 10% off for their mistake.
I hired a cleaning company to do the deep cleaning that I had been putting off for too long. My home is not very dirty, I keep it pretty clean and neat. I was a little disappointed with the quality of work, it seems it's the kind of cleaning I could have easily done myself instead of paying someone $112 to do it. I was told originally the fee was an estimate based on 3 hours of work. They finished in 2.5 hours but there was no adjustment to the fee quoted or charged.
There is an entire bookshelf in the bedroom that was not touched. I'm not certain if they cleaned the fan in the living room as requested. Counters and surfaces were all wiped down but not all items on the surfaces were, as expected.
They did, however, clean the doors to my pantry/garbage area which I did not expect and was happy to see. They also wiped the ceiling vents which was appreciated.
Being that I am looking to pay a cleaning service to do the deep cleaning that I'd rather not do, I doubt I will use this company again. I might have a different opinion if I were interested in regular cleanings, but even so, there are other companies who include more in their services for a cheaper price. read more
