The initial quote included installation and seemed very competitive. When Murray came out to do the final measure his professional approach and advice really differentiated this small company. When we placed the order they didn't require a deposit and the glass was ready to install much sooner than originally quoted. On the day of installation, Murray and his assistant had the job done in a couple of hours and left the site tidy. We are extremley pleased with the end result and would highly recommend.

WOW, no support at all, they blamed me for the damage, told me they don't stock it anymore, so I am out of luck with the sink. No after sale service. The p trap seals leaked as well and had to be replaced. I would spend a little more and get quality fixtures. These are not very good quality. appreciate the response from Justin, unfortunately it is not correct. If you ask Andy, i was not offered an alternative sink. I know nothing touched the sink because no one used the bathroom and I installed the sink. There was a small bubble as I told Andy, that bubble popped and lo and behold the star shaped hole. There is also a small area that is about to have the same issue as this one. Thats a manufacturing fault. Oh, and no one asked me to inspect the sink when I picked it up? I paid cash, no receipt so no warranty. Maybe ask co worker about this for clarification as to what was said.

We spoke with Ronal about our reno and he was able to accommodate our request. We felt that Ronal was very honest and up front about our kitchen modification. He wanted to point out all the potential complications that could happen with the reno (colour matching, floor modification, toe kick modification) We also wanted to save one piece of the old cabinet to be used on the new installation. Aero was able to save this piece thereby reducing the cost of the job. We are very happy with the service and professionalism of Aero Cabinet and Bath.

Love all the variety they have and best of all you don't feel cramped in their green house. The shop inside was also tastefully laid out. All the plants were well taken care of too.
