We put in our order and paid. A week later we were told we needed to get some additional measurements so we got these to them two days later. Then we called a few days later to verify everything was complete. Nearly every time we called, the person who inputs the orders was off or out or not in yet and no one else in the store could help. We later found out that the doors were not actually ordered for a total of three weeks after we first paid for them. Fast forward about two months after we paid and the doors finally arrive. We go to pick them up today and are told they were entered into the computer wrong and now we owe 50% more than our original price before they will let the doors leave the store. Store manager Scott refused to honor the price he gave us, despite having personally created heavy delays for us, and even wasting an hour of our time trying to pick the doors up today. Never order custom products from this store.

I took a door with hinges to ID &M to ask if they would suggest some kind of a swap to smaller hinges. Two men worked with it for about 20 minutes and gave me two smaller hinges and suggestions to do the switch. They would not accept compensation for their time and materials. Happy to say that today I installed the new hinges; they fit perfectly and now my equipment fits. What a professional class act.
