Let me start off by saying their customer service is amazing, and they are very nice and…read morecommunicative! With that being said though, I would not recommend their services and I am extremely dissatisfied. We paid extra for a deep clean which was well over two hundred dollars for my 1,000 SF home. It was supposed to take multiple hours and it took them less than two. When arriving back home, the bare minimum had not even been touched. The fans and blinds had not been dusted. They vacuumed only what they could see, they wiped down only what they could see and went around lamps, candles, books, etc. The few things that they did move were not put back in the correct spot and left in random places. The cleaning products they used left residue on the few things they did touch. We specifically pointed out two vents that needed to be cleaned, didn't touch those. Kitchen sink hadn't been touched. When reaching out to get a refund, they offered us a refund of the difference between a basic clean and the deep clean that we upgraded to. A basic clean is still close to two hundred dollars and I would say a basic clean is far stretched for what actually was done. Our home looked exactly the same, if not worse from things being misplaced, from when the service started. I hope other people have had better experiences but unfortunately, I feel like I was scammed and the services provided were not what was advertised. Great people, maybe they just need to reevaluate their standards and maybe it was just the cleaners we got that day! Either way, clear expectations need to be set prior to their commitment!

Moving is a very stressful and busy time so when you pay for a cleaning service and ask multiple times if it's a full service, deep clean - you expect everything to be done well. I told them stuff can be moved around- I guess some people like their stuff to look the same. I figure if they are cleaning it, where they want to put it back is fine with me. My dark wood floors look brand new. Bathrooms look like something out of a magazine. Also folded my blankets and pillows nice. Kitchen? I have tried to get that weird stain off my oven top- electric. Looks new. Sink- sparking. Reasonable pricing. 10/10! Keeping this in my self care rotation!

She and her partner arrived in the morning for a deep clean and worked very efficiently and quickly. They left a few hours later- deep clean was very involved- and the house was SPOTLESS! Very poor experience - I do not recommend. I've used this cleaning company monthly for almost three…read moreyears, and until recently I was a happy customer. That changed after a recent visit where a substitute crew member (not my regular cleaner) was sent to my home without notice, even after I emailed that morning to confirm my usual crew. I let the crew know I'd be leaving during the cleaning and asked them to leave through the back door (which is deadbolt only and impossible to lock from outside). Note: I've done many times before without issue. Instead, they locked both the back door and the front door, including the knob on my keyless entry front door, which should never be locked. I came home to find myself completely locked out during triple-digit heat. I waited 45 minutes for a locksmith and paid $120 out of pocket, and my front door was scratched during entry. While I was home, an expensive bottle of facial product was also broken during the visit. After a few email exchanges with the company where they did not seem to care about the customer experience, I asked for the issue to be escalated to management. I received a reply though it's unclear whether it actually came from someone in a management role. The company denied any responsibility for the locksmith cost and the broken facial product. Overall, there was no real customer service effort to make things right. I wanted to leave an honest review because three years of loyalty should count for something when something goes wrong. Be cautious when considering this company. if you're not going to be home, confirm exactly who is coming, and don't assume your usual crew will show up. Take pictures of anything out of the ordinary or broken since the company will not take the customers word.

Their website is incredibly informative and user-friendly, and when I submitted a request for a quote (it was late one evening), I woke up to a personal and detailed email response addressing my specific questions. I was hesitant about who to choose to come in and clean my apartment, as one would be since you are letting someone into your personal space. I could not be more satisfied with my decision. The owners of this company are absolutely fantastic, and Rosa and her team did an impeccable job at my apartment. It is absolutely sparkling clean, smells amazing, and worth every penny! I have signed up for regular maintenance cleaning every three weeks! Definitely recommend!!
