Couldn't take that anymore and called Tom and asked for a solution. In 2 and 1/2 days my crawl space was transformed into a clean space and today it is dry. Fast forward to this weekend. Tom after he and his team transformed my crawl space to clean space in the fall he came out and checked on everything. We were impressed with what we heard and read about Wilcox Basement Systems so contacted them for an estimate. After a very thorough inspection of our basement and a very detailed explanation of options, we decided to schedule them to redo the insulation in our basement with the basement to beautiful system. We also had a dehumidifier and a new sump pump with drainage added. One thing I loved about them is they showed up when they said they would, on time, and put in full days to make sure the job was getting done in a timely manner. Anne kept me up-to-date by text every single day to let me know what they'd completed and what was next in the queue. All interactions I had with every member of the family who worked at my home was genuine and pleasant. Additionally, even though they ran into an unexpectedly thick basement floor and had to use a special tool for the trench in the basement, they still somehow managed to finish on time.. Another thing I found very impressive is they actually left any space they used cleaner than they found it. My basement floor and the basement windows were immaculate when the job was finished. They used our garage to cut the insulation boards on a day when it was quite rainy and swept out our entire garage; not just any insulation bits that happened to fall on the floor...the entire floor! There's always a certain level of mess when you're having any type of renovation done, especially if you have cement jackhammered, but the amount of cleaning I had to do afterwards was minimal in part due to the fact that they took precautions to try to keep the rest of my house as clean as possible, and contain the mess to only the basement (which they then cleaned as soon as the job was done). I can't recommend this company highly enough! I know we will be enjoying the work they did for many many years to come and I appreciate the quality job they did.

I hired them to remodel 3 bathrooms. The rough in work was good. However the finish work was not…read moregood. I realize I have an old house that is a little off of square. My expectation was that issues would be corrected during construction. So I have new floors that were not leveled, new walls that are angled, electrical work that is sloppy and paint on the walls that does not cover everything. The electrical work passes inspection but be prepared for upside down switches and outlet boxes that are not flush with the walls. They also did 4 side jobs while they were here (drywall and paint the kitchen, build a closet, build a laundry space and replace my well pump). The contract for additional work is per hour labor. I was charged outrageous amounts for additional labor. So if you hire them I would suggest you only allow them to work on the contracted job. In addition you will be charged for every supply they purchase from trash bags to plumbing pipes. The selling point is that they do it all with licensed plumbers, electricians and carpenters. They truly embody the phrase "Jack of all trades master of none". It is really a shame. The crew is nice. They work hard. But I can not imagine they ever leave a customer really satisfied.

We are months past the deadline and he has never shown up on a scheduled work day. The only time he shows is when we threaten to fire him and then he shows for one day and disappears. He still has our money and we're months behind. Do not use Masala contracting! Look at the review on the Better Business Bureau website. I am not the first to fall victim to him.
