BUT, I can pay the remainder (I have no resources or can afford a loan) or Bless them I can put it towards something else? At this point. TOTAL MISREPRESENTATION OF SERVICE. As a mother of 3, my top concern was quality and safety and I made sure to keep that in mind since Closed Cell Spray Foam wet is very toxic in the off gassing drying process. Jeff the sales manager is a complete fraud. First and foremost, he assured me he would not cover existing electrical, all the electric box, and wires, and outlets were all covered. They also use 19 year old kids to do the work. They did not cover with plastic a washer and dryer and ruined it. Also Jeff assure us we get a state certificate that we are up to code in the county of the work, not true, you get a paper with just how much was done, nothing about code. Lastly they did a god awful job in the attic, they were given a state inspection proving the spray foam had gaps and air escaping and Billy the owner denied it and basically told my boss to F..... off. This company is god awful, USE ANOTHER COMPANY!!!

They used a shovel to chop the excess foam from the floor and the wooden posts. It was discussed the sliding door could only be sprayed with 1.5 inches of foam. They sprayed it way too thick on the top and one side. They bent the frame when they removed my door and didn't put it back correctly. They demanded payment before they had finished cleaning up. It's taken me 3 days to fix the door and cut off the excess foam on the door so it will close. If you want a pole barn insulated I do not recommend this company.

And just when I thought it couldn't get better Willy and the crew showed up and got to work setting up heavy tarp to protect our landscaping before starting tear off. The cooperation of Shawn and the great drone pictures throughout the project was amazing. And they finalized the project with a sweep of the yard picking up every single screw/nail and left nothing behind. I was away on business during the project and with the steady flow of updates from Shawn he made me feel like I was there. In the end Shawn and Willy's crew did so great they made me want to buy another house just so I could hire them again. Now I'm driving around looking for houses with bad roofs for sale.

Then the Forman for the job texted me & said he was busy getting materials for the job & apologized for not communicating that his guys were showing up. But a phone call takes two seconds. if you had a minute to text me you could have called me to let me know your crew was showing up. Once the job was completed they sent the invoice immediately & it said I had 30 days to pay. I called the office to yet again explain how frustrated I am with my experience & how this is gonna reflect my bill. to no avail, I got "oh a company wide email was sent out to explain this can't happen".
