We were told they hold up to 350 pounds which we are no where even close to that weight and assured this was a quality brand that would last . It's just myself and my husband and we take extremely good care of our things. After purchasing we noticed a tear in the corner top on the end recliner which a repair guy came out and fixed. It is now a year in a half old . Recliners are sinking into wood, cushions in foot rest all sunk. One of the regular cushions that's probably has been sat on a hand full of times was ripped, and corner that was previously repaired came undone. Was extremely disappointed as it wasn't a cheap sectional. Called several times and waited over a month for a repair guy to come out after first guy never returned a call or showed up. Owner finally sends a different repair guy who came out. We explained the problems. Since it was sinking in he decided to put in a different foam that was thicker cause it was still doing the same thing with the stuffing that was in it originally after he added more in. Had me sit on it for a min which is hard to tell. Called him back after a day cause myself nor my husband could sit on it without our backs killing us cause it was so hard and different material. Also I had mentioned that since he put that in the end recliner was making a banging noise. He came back out and pulled out the thicker foam and added some other foam. The sectional is still sinking in a we were told noise from end recliner that was never there prior to him coming was a weight distribution problem, and nothing could be done. We were also told to buy lumbar cushions for our backs. He also told us we could add more foam. We didn't buy a couch to be adding foam to it, as we are not in the furniture repair business. After he left the first time he called me back cause he forgot to tack material under foot rest so was headed back. I called the owner back to let him know how disappointed we were. He was extremely rude telling me why would we call repair guy back after it was fixed and we signed paperwork that we were satisfied. Obviously no communication between them. I explained that I literally sat on it for less than a minute after he was done. He was well aware I had foot surgery and had to be on the couch. I was more than patient waiting over a month for someone to even come out. Every time I called back the owner would say I can't believe he didn't call you I'll email him again. The end result was we were told if we wanted it fixed he would send somebody here and we could pay for it! We are now stuck with this sectional that we have to put pillows behind our back just to sit for a short period. This has put a lot of mental stress on my healing process. We will never purchase another item from this business again. Make sure to get in writing the broken promises when you purchase.

He went as far as to physically measuring a sectional that we were interested in and writing down the dimensions so that we could go home and make sure we were making the right selection for our family room. He did not once make us feel like he was just another pushy salesmen just trying to get a sale. Due to covid and the shortage of furniture he let us know what he physically had in stock so that we were not waiting months for furniture, while still meeting our wants/needs. When came time for delivery he was able to get us SAME DAY delivery and set up!! Delivery men were just as pleasant and friendly and made sure everything was set up and in working order before they left. They also left zero mess in our home. The prices are reasonable if you stay away from name brands like Nike, and if you shop clearance and sale items you can really get some bargains. Using Kohl's cash helps too, it's basically free money you earn for buying the stuff you already wanted! Yes, it's a ploy to get you back in the store, but a free shirt is a free shirt. The staff has always been helpful and friendly, I've had them look in the back for my size multiple times and never had an issue. I have had a few instances of security tags left on items, but they were apologetic about it when I returned to have them safely removed (although they clearly dont work if I can get home without an alarm going off). The dressing rooms could use more frequent tidying, but it's also the customers not properly removing their items that contributes to that problem. Everything said it's a solid shopping experience. They won't beat Walmart price wise but, I'd rather have an 8 dollar shirt that fits comfortably than a 5 dollar shirt that won't breath and shrinks up on me after one wash.

Lou stated, "They had a sale starting tomorrow (Saturday) and that he could sell it to me for $651.00." Great! Lou said he could have it delivered next Tuesday.
