Seven months of leaving message after message by voice mail and text and email, they have not responded. They were to come back and complete the job by adding a window shelf and polishing and filling the granite where needed. We were also promised a piece of granite for an outdoor cart the Mike Cihak never fulfilled either. It is most frustrating when you have paid out over four thousand dollars and you can't get them to complete the job!

Epic had an edge…read moreover the other company as we had quite a bit of drywall repairs which Eric's team was able to handle. They showed up every day at 7:00 and went straight to work. The great room had Venetian plaster applied 25 years ago. They had to sand all the walls to get them smooth. Their attention to detail preparing the walls, fixing drywall damage on walls and ceiling was impressive. They covered and protected all areas that would be at risk and sealed off rooms to contain any dust. We expected more dust, but they use vacuum systems with HEPA filters which minimized the dust. Finally applying the primer and paint was clean and neat. They left the work area clean every day. I highly recommend Epic Painting. We will have them back this summer for other projects.

For those other issues, faucet replacements, valve cartridge replacement, overflow flow repair, and hot water heater expansion tank replacement, he provided an overview of the issues, upfront cost for parts and labor. His prices were extremely competitive and his hours are flexible! The work was done so quickly and issues are now resolved. Pete is extremely professional, honest, and personable.
